• not otherwise directly connected to the Promotion; and
• meet any additional eligibility requirements set out in the Promotion
Terms.
5. How to Enter During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Entrant must:
• Visit the “Happy Places Tour” entry page (available here);
• enter the required personal details into the entry form (including name,
contact number, email address, mobile number and postcode); and
• submit the entry form.
An Eligible Entrant may not submit more than one entry.
6. Prize(s) Prize: The Prize consists of:
• 2 economy return flights to London, England, (Flights)
from one of the following destinations:
o Melbourne, Victoria;
o Sydney, New South Wales;
o Brisbane, Queensland;
o Adelaide, South Australia;
o Perth, Western Australia.
o Canberra, Australian Capital Territory; or
o Darwin, Northern Territory
• 5 x nights’ accommodation in a 4 star hotel or better with
an accommodation provider chosen by the Promoter in
the winner’s selected destination (Accommodation).
• 2 x tour tickets to the following venues (Tours):
o Lords
o Wimbledon
o Etihad Stadium
o Royal Ascot
• 2 x economy return train tickets to Manchester from
London (Train)
The Prize excludes all other associated travel costs, including, but
not limited to, travel insurance, visa, meals, other tourist activities,
and any other transfer costs.
The Prize must be booked and used within 6 months of 7 May
2024.
Prize Value: The flights, accommodation, train and tours have an approximate
value of AUD $9,300.

7. Prize Selection Method: The winning Eligible Entrant will be determined by each valid
entry being placed in a draw, from which the winner will be
selected at random.
Each entry in the draw will have a random and equal chance of
being drawn as the Prize winner.

The promoter reserves the right to amend the date and time of the
draw, or the location of the draw, with regulatory approval in the
event that State Government regulations addressing permitted
business operations necessitate such an alteration. If such an
alteration is required, the Promoter will publish those amended
details on the Promoter’s website.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days
of the prize selection date.
The winner will be required to provide a reply email
acknowledgement to be considered to have accepted their prize.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If a winner
cannot be contacted or if a winner fails to communicate their
acceptance of the prize to the Promoter within 14 days of being
contacted by the Promoter, or fails to provide the requested
information, or is unable to comply with the Promotion Details and
Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the
prize to the runner up, as provided in item 9 ‘Unclaimed Prizes’.
8. Publication of
winners
The winners first initial, last name and postcode will be published on
https://www.melbournecityfc.com.au/ for a period of 28 days
9. Unclaimed
Prizes
If a Prize is unclaimed, the Promoter determines that a winner is ineligible or a
winner notifies the Promoter that they can no longer claim a Prize, then the
Promoter may instead offer the prize to the relevant next runner up, then as
required, a portion of the Promotion may be redrawn. The redraw for the
unclaimed prize will be in accordance with item 7 on Wednesday 21 May 2025 at
12:00pm AEST.
Any Prizes unclaimed within the timeframe stated in the ‘Notification’ section will
be automatically forfeited.
10. Personal
Information
Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter and Scotts for the
purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion, including to identify, notify,
and award prizes to the winner. By entering this Promotion, you agree that each of
the Promoter and Scotts may also contact you for direct marketing purposes. The
Promoter and Scotts will each separately handle this information in accordance
item 40 of the Promotion Terms and their respective privacy policies, available at
https://melbournecityfc.com.au/privacy-policy/ and
https://www.lovethegarden.com/au-en/privacy-and-cookies11. Other Vaccination Requirements
Eligible Entrants should note that, without limiting general compliance obligations,
it may be a condition of entry to the UK, the Tours, the Flights or Accommodation
that all patrons / visitors are required to show acceptable evidence to a designated
representative that they are ‘fully vaccinated’ (as defined in the relevant health
authority direction) or have tested negative on a COVID-19 test, and that any
patron / visitor who does not provide such acceptable evidence may not be
permitted entry into the UK, the Tours, the Flights or Accommodation (Health
Entry Requirements).
The Promoter will not be liable for any refund if the Winner or their guest fail to
comply with any Health Entry Requirements.
Third Party Terms
Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Flights and Accommodation are
subject to third party terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, conditions
of carriage. The winner will be required to accept such third party terms and
conditions in order to claim the Prize. If applicable, the winner may be required to
present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Travel Dates
The winner (and their guest) must be available to travel to the UK and attend the
Tours on a date and at a location nominated by the Promoter (at its sole
discretion) between 7 May 2025 – 7 October 2025 (inclusive) in order to accept the
prize.
