WHO CAN ENTER?
Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.4, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (Promoter"), Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd ("Sponsor") and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to "Immediate Family Member" includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
Winner must hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence to claim the Prize. If Winner does not hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, the Prize will be awarded to a person nominated by the Winner "Winner Nominee. The Winner Nominee must be aged 18 years or over and have a current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence to be eligible to claim the Prize.
The competition commences on Sunday 27th April 2025 at 5.30am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 1st May 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST) (the "Competition Period").
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page [Sunrise.com.au); and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, "Tell us in 25 words or less, Where would you travel in the 5 seat T7 SE and why?"; and
Tick the check box, confirming they are available and home on Friday 2nd May 2025 between 5.30am to 9.00am in case they are the winner.
Entries must be received by Thursday 1st of May 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST).
Entrants can enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(C) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter and the Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter's sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid. The Winner or the Winner's Nominee must show proof of their current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence upon Promoter's and/or Sponsor's request. An Entrant's selection regarding purchase intent will not influence the judging of the competition or determination of the winner.

4.2 The total prize pool is valued at up to $29,990.00 (including GST). The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and the ultimate redemption date. The Prize is based on the manufacturer's recommended driveaway price only.
4.3 The Prize includes twelve (12) months registration in the place of residence of the Winner, twelve (12) months third party compulsory insurance, on road costs, stamp duty and dealer delivery costs, dependent on the usual residential address of the Winner but exclude comprehensive insurance and operational costs, which are the responsibility of the Winner. Colour of the Prize is subject to availability.
4.4 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included. These are the responsibilities of the Winner.
4.5 The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
4.6 The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for any variation in the Prize values. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from winning the Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize and the Promotor and Sponsor accept no liability for any tax implications that may arise from claiming the Prize.
4.7 In acceptance of the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Winner.
4.8 The Promoter and Sponsor take no responsibility for fuel, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from the date of Prize delivery. Additional options/accessories and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the Winner.
4.9 The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for the condition of the Prize once dispatched to the Winner. The Prize comes with Compulsory Third-Party Insurance for the first twelve (12) months only and the Winner will be responsible for obtaining any additional insurance at their own cost.
4.10 If the Winner does not hold a current Australian Driver Licence, the Winner must nominate a person, who holds an unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence, to claim the Prize. If the Winner or the Winner’s Nominee does not provide proof of a current, unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and other valid Entry requirements as deemed by the Promoter or Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and the Winner will have no further claim. A re-judging will be held to award the Prize to a valid entrant.
4.11 The Prize details cannot be changed (e.g. model/transmission), and the Prize must be accepted as provided by the Sponsor. The Prize cannot be transferred.
4.12 The Prize will be available for collection at the nearest Chery Dealership from the Winners location, at the time agreed in writing between the Winner and the Promoter and/or Sponsor. It is the Winner’s responsibility to collect the Prize, unless otherwise agreed by the Sponsor.
4.13 The Prize Winner must make their own way to the appointed Chery Dealership, and costs associated with travel to and or from the Chery Dealership are to be borne by the Winner.
4.14 Neither the Promoter nor the Sponsor is responsible nor liable if the Prize is damaged, delayed or lost in transit during delivery.
4.15 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
4.16 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
4.17 Personal information about the Prize Winner will be shared with the Sponsor, and their agents, to the extent necessary for the Prize to be fulfilled to the Winner.
4.18 The Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
4.19 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.20 The Winner agrees that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organization other than the Promoter.
4.21 Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.
