1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.4, entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), Coles Group (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
2.3 In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
2.4 To be eligible to enter, entrants confirm they will be at the nominated address on Sunday 11th May 2025 between 7:00am – 10:00am AEST, in case they’re one of the winners.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Thursday 8th May 2025 at 05:30pm (AEST) and concludes on
Saturday 10th May 2025 at 12:00pm (AEST) (the “Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page [Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less, why you or a special mum in your life deserve a Mother's Day treat?”
• Tick the check box, confirming they are available at home on Sunday 11th May 2025 between 7:00am and 10:00am AEST, in case they are one of the lucky winners!
3.3 Entries must be received by Saturday 10th May 2025 at 12:00pm AEST. For an entry to be considered valid, the entrant must provide the required details and register a Nominee (“Nominee”) when entering.
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like, throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademarks.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.7 Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
3.9 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Three (3) Prize Winners of the Competition (“Winners”). The Winners Nominee
will be awarded the following prize (“Prize”):

4.2 For clarity, the Winner’s Nominee will receive the Prize not the Winner.
4.3 In accepting their Prize, the Nominee agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and
the Nominee grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide. The Nominee will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.4 The total prize pool is valued at up to $2,550.00 (including GST). The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for the change in the Prize specification or value between now and

4.5 The individual prize value per item are as stated in Australian Dollars (AUD);

4.6 The Coles Gift Card is valid in-store and online. The expiry date of the Gift Card will be clearly issued on the card itself.
4.7 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize is not included. These are the responsibilities of the Nominee.
4.8 The Prize is non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for the Prize. The Prize must be taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Prize, or portion of the Prize, the Winner is not entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
4.9 The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for any variation in the Prize values. The Nominee is advised that tax implications may arise from winning the Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize and the Promotor and Sponsor accept no liability for any tax implications that may arise from claiming the Prize.
4.10 In acceptance of the Prize, the Nominee acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Nominee.
4.11 The Prize details cannot be changed and the Prize must be accepted as provided by the Sponsor.
4.12 The Prize cannot be transferred.
4.13 Neither the Promoter nor the Sponsor is responsible nor liable if the Prize is damaged, delayed or lost in transit during delivery.
4.14 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
4.15 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
4.16 Personal information about the Prize Winner and their Nominee will be shared with the Sponsor, and their agents, to the extent necessary for the Prize to be fulfilled to the Nominee.
4.17 The Prize will be awarded to the person in the Winners’ contestant entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
4.18 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner and Nominee may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.19 The Nominee agrees that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organization other than the Promoter.
4.20 Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.
4.21 The Winner agrees, on behalf of the nominated individual, for filming to take place at the time of the Sunrise door knock, which will be shown on Sunrise.
5.1 There will be Three (3) Prize Winners (“Winners”) of the Competition.
5.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Competition.
5.3 The Winners will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter having regard to authenticity, and originality at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015 from Saturday 10th May 2025 at 12:15pm (AEST). The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
5.4 The Winner’s name will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of judging. The Winner will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2) business days of the judging to confirm their Nominee will be home on Sunday 11th May 2025 for the live door knock.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a Winner not claiming the Prize by 10:00am AEST on Monday 9th June 2025. If required, a re-judging will take place at 10:30am AEST on Monday 9th June 2025 at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The alternative Winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the re-judging and their name published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re-judging.
5.6 The Winners Nominee will receive a Door Knock at their residential address provided by the Winner, which may be filmed and broadcast live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 09:00 AM AEST on Sunday 11th May 2025.
5.7 Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize requirements. Prize is subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its
absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Coles Group Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Coles Group Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
• during the judging;
• whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
• in the participation in any Prize;
• because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
• in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; and
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or production requirements.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
6.7 Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
