Schedule to Terms of Entry
This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Please read the Terms
of Entry attached to this Schedule which applies to the Promotion.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“Tell us where you’d want to travel with Qantas and why?”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required, and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“Tell us where you’d want to travel with Qantas and why?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) (b) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova
Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
contact up to five (5) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter)
on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number)
(Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air
(based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to five (5) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging
Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby List) to
participate in the On Air Challenge between 3:00pm and 6:00pm AEDT on various days during
the Promotion Period.
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) the Promoter will invite one (1) Selected Entrant from the Standby List to participate in the On-
Air Challenge in order of ‘best’ entry (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter),
followed by the next ‘best’ entry, and so on (Challenger);
the Promoter will have a selection of predetermined trivia questions (Questions);
The Challenger will be asked to answer a Question within a specified time frame (as specified
by the Promoter);
if the Challenger answers the Question incorrectly, that Challenger will not be deemed a
winner nor be awarded a Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) and
representatives of the Promoter may invite another Selected Entrant to compete in the same
relevant contesting spot;
If the Challenger answers the Question correctly, that Challenger will be deemed a winner
and awarded a Prize. The Promoter will then repeat step (c) until the Challenger answers a
Question incorrectly, or the Prize Pool is exhausted.
Once a Challenger has answered a Question incorrectly or the Prize Pool is exhausted
(whichever occurs first, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), they will be awarded a
Prize. The value of the Prize will correspond with the number of Questions answered by the
Challenger (if any) (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
For each Question that the Challenger answers correctly during their participation in the On Air
Challenge contesting spot (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the Prize
will increase by 50,000 Qantas Point, to a maximum of up to 1,000,000 Qantas Points. Once the total
Prize Pool has been exhausted, the Promoter will not awarded any further Prizes in the Promotion, and
the Promotion will end.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Challengers during a
contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will determine the value of the Prize won by the Challenger
during each contesting spot (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Final Challenge
Between 3:00pm and 6:00pm on Friday 23 May 2025:
(g) The Promoter will repeat subclauses (a) to (f) of the On Air Challenge until the Prize Pool is
exhausted (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter). If the Prize Pool has been
exhausted prior to 3:00pm on Friday 23 May 2025, the Final Challenge will not occur.
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any
other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and
each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live
on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 3:00pm AEST and 6:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.

If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 4:00pm AEST Friday 23 May 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries
will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
There will be up to twenty (20) Prize winners in total during the Promotion Period.
Each Prize winner will receive one (1) Prize, the value of which will be determined by the outcome of
the On-Air Challenge.
A total of 1,000,000 Qantas Points (valued at up to $40,000t) will be awarded in the Promotion Period.
For each Question a Challenger gets correct, the Promoter will award them 50,000 Qantas Points
(valued at up to $2,000t).
Qantas Points
Qantas Points are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined on the Qantas website:

Winners must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member and provide their membership number to the
Promoter at the time of winning in order to redeem the prize.
Qantas Points may take up to 8 weeks to be credited to the Winner’s account from the time of
winning.
Qantas Frequent Flyer Program
If the winners are not already members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, membership to the
Qantas Frequent Flyer program, normally valued at $99.50, will be included in their Prize. To accept this
component of the Prize, the winners must not already be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer
program, and must complete the standard join process including agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (available at Qantas.com/terms).
Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program
(Qantas.com/terms), the Qantas Store Terms of Use (Qantas.com/store), voucher terms and conditions

Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winner Must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member
A winner must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member to receive the Prize. If the Prize winner is not a
Qantas Frequent Flyer Member or does not become one after being deemed a Prize Winner, or does
not provide their membership number to the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier, they will be deemed
ineligible to receive the Prize and no alternate Prize will be given.

Prizes must be claimed by 5:00pm AEST Friday 22 August 2025
The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the Prize Supplier to facilitate the Prize.
Total prize value based on a sample of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards that could be obtained by
redeeming through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (as fully defined in the terms and conditions of
the program available at qantas.com/terms. For example, 8,000 Qantas Points could be redeemed for
a Flex one way Economy Classic Flight Reward from Sydney to Melbourne plus AU$56 in applicable
taxes, fees and carrier charges, accurate as at 29 April 2024. The dollar fare for an equivalent
commercial flight totals AU$376.00 including taxes fees and carrier charges.
The estimate of the minimum notional value of each prize is provided for information purposes only. The
maximum notional value of each prize will vary depending on whether and how it is redeemed by a
winner through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
variation in the maximum notional value of each prize and provides no guarantee that the Qantas
Points may be used to obtain an item or service of that value.
For the avoidance of doubt, the estimate of the minimum notional value for each Prize is AUD $2,000
for 50,000 Qantas Points. The estimate of the minimum notional value for the total Prize Pool is AUD 40000.
