Win The Ultimate Yarra Valley Wine Weekend for Two People
This competition is conducted by Wine Yarra Valley Inc. (ABN 93 657 312 645), PO Box 552, Healesville, VIC 3777. Wine Yarra Valley is the official regional wine association for the Yarra Valley.
Eligibility
Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of Wine Yarra Valley, its members, prize partners, or any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Both the winner and their guest must be over 18 years of age at the time of travel.
Competition Period
The competition opens at 9:00am on Monday 19 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 31 May 2025 (AEST).
The winner will be drawn randomly using an electronic randomiser on Tuesday 3 June 2025.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will occur on the 8th day.
How to Enter
Entrants must complete the competition form via the designated campaign landing page.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or false identities will be disqualified.
By entering, entrants acknowledge they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Prize
The Ultimate Yarra Valley Wine Experience for Two, valued at approx. $5,301.
Competition Prizes
Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
The prize must be redeemed in its entirety by 31 December 2025. No offers are valid after this date.
Bookings must be made directly with prize partners and are subject to their availability and terms.
No part of the prize may be resold or auctioned.
A no-show without 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture.
The winner and guest participate at their own risk and must comply with the conditions of each activity provider.
Non-Transferable: This prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.
Exclusions: The prize only includes the items that are specified. Any additional expenses, including meals, transportation, insurance and incidentals, are the prize winner’s responsibility.
No Resale: The prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
Age Requirement: The prize winner and their guest must be over 18 years of age.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will occur on the 8th day.
The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Wine Yarra Valley website and/or social media and will remain online for a minimum of 28 days.
Privacy & Data Use
By entering, you consent to:
Your email address being added to the Wine Yarra Valley marketing database to receive future updates.
Your details being shared with participating prize partners only if you opt-in at time of entry.
Use of your name and suburb for promotional purposes if you are the winner.
