This Best & Less 60th Birthday Competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Best&Less Pty Limited (ABN 29 003 724 696) (“Best&Less”) (4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138). Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility – To be eligible to participate you must:
Make an online or in-store transaction over AUD$50 (excluding any gift cards, shipping, delivery, fees, surcharge and any other transaction fees) connected with your Friends Club member number at Best&Less;
and
Must be a Best Less ‘Friends Club’ member;
and
Have a valid, opted-in mobile number and email and first name associated with their ‘Friends Club’ membership at both the time of entry, and 28 calendar days after the corresponding draw;
and
an Australian resident and aged 18 years and over;
and
[have a valid driver’s licence issued by the relevant Australian State/Territory]; and
Not be an employee, contractor, agent or otherwise affiliated (including their immediate families) with Best&Less or connected to the Competition in any way.

There is no entry ‘fee’ into the Competition (however Best&Less is not liable for any costs incurred by you in entering this Competition). Entrants that meet the eligibility will be limited to one entry in the Competition. One winner will be drawn from all eligible entries.

Entries into the Competition will be limited to one (1) entry per person so that each entrant has a random and equal chance to be drawn. Best&Less is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries.
Key Dates - The opening date for the Competition is 12am (AEST) on Tuesday 27 May 2025 and the closing date is 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 29 June 2025 (“Competition Period”). All entries must be received by Best&Less within the Competition Period and Best&Less will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
Prize – There will be 1 x Prize to be won during the Competition. The Prize is a new Mazda CX-5 Maxx in Machine Grey (RRP $37,990 Drive Away). Prize includes:

Stamp duty and government charges
Dealer delivery charges
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, the Best&Less reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. The Best&Less’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner selection – The Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The draw will take place on at [2:00pm AEST] on [ Tuesday 1 July 2025] (“Draw Date") at [4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138] and will be drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period (“The Winner”).
The Winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw Date. In the event that the Winner does not have a valid opted-in email address or phone and cannot be contacted via email or phone, Best&Less may select and contact a new Winner. The Winner will be published including first name, last name and postcode on

The prize must be claimed by 4:00pm AEST on Tuesday 22 July 2025. If the prize is not claimed by this time and date, an unclaimed prize draw will be carried out on [2:00pm AEST on Wednesday 23 July 2025] at 4/3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes NSW 2138 (“Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw Date”). The Winner of the Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw will be published including first name, last name and postcode on
www.bestandless.com.au from 24 July 2025 for a period of at least 30 days. If the Unclaimed Prize Re-Draw remains unclaimed for three months, a redraw will occur at [2:00pm AEST on Thursday 23 October 2025]. The Winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw Date. The Winner will be published including first name, last name and postcode on
www.bestandless.com.au from 24 October 2025 for a period of at least 30 days. If any person first chosen as a Winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as a replacement winner.
Costs and expenses – You will be responsible for all costs in relation to entering the Competition and redeeming the Prize. The Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from the Prize and independent financial advice should be obtained prior to acceptance of the Prize.
Modification of offer - Subject to relevant regulatory approval, Best&Less reserves the right to modify, discontinue or extend this Competition at any time and will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of changes where practical. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. However, Best&Less reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal value in the unlikely event beyond its reasonable control that the Prize becomes unavailable. If you are not able to take the Prize as stated, you will forfeit the Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.
Privacy - Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this Competition (including for the purpose of conducting, promoting, publication and facilitation of any prizes for the Competition and to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities) and you consent to such use by Best&Less. Best & less will otherwise ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with the Best&Less privacy policy which can be found at
www.bestandless.com.au/privacypolicy. Proof of identity (including but not limited to) name, address, email address, phone number, licence details and other applicable information of the Winner must be provided to Best&Less upon request and may be shared for the purpose of prize fulfilment (i.e. vehicle registration).
Disqualification - Best&Less reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and identity of entrants and to disqualify any entrant if it has reason to believe the entrant has breached or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, infringes a third party’s intellectual property or engages in misleading or fraudulent behaviour.
Legal – You enter the Competition at your own risk. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge and accept that Best&Less disclaims all liability to the extent permitted by law, and agree to release and hold harmless Best&Less and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, loss, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with any personal injury, loss or damage, errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays connected to or as a result of entry into the Competition, relating to the delivery of the Prize, or use of the Prize (except in the case of negligence or error on the part of Best&Less, any breach of any express term of these Terms and Conditions by Best&Less or any liability which cannot be excluded by law including as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law). The Prize is provided ‘as is' and supplied and delivered by a third party, and Best&Less makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, safety or fitness for purpose of the Prize. Any defects, faults, or issues with the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the third-party supplier. The Prize is used entirely at the Winner’s own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction - Any dispute relating to this Competition shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts.
Australian Cosumer Law - Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protections laws in Australia.
