Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are able to
travel to Melbourne from 25/07/2025 to 27/07/2025 and to Sydney from 01/08/2025

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating stores and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
A âParticipating Storeâ is any Bottlemart, SipnSave or Harry Brown in Australia or
Thirsty Camel in WA that advertises the promotion and stocks the Eligible Product
(defined below) during the Promotional Period (including online stores, which include

as follows:

To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any one (1) bottle of Grant Burge
Wine 750ml (âEligible Productâ) from any Participating Store during the Promotional
Period (âQualifying Transactionâ). Purchases made online at a Participating Storeâs
official online store will also be deemed acceptable for the purposes of this promotion.
If a purchase receipt is not provided to the individual at the time of making their
Qualifying Transaction, it is the individualâs responsibility to request one.

the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted
per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased
in that Qualifying Transaction in excess of one (1)); and (b) each entry must be
submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrantâs identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

on 03/07/2025 at 11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries
and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The

Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from
departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges
and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with
the Lions Series test matches in Melbourne with flights departing on 25/07/2025 to

Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the Major Prize is conditional on

Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion
of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is non-refundable or transferable. The
winner is responsible for amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking

at the address nominated on their entry form. At the time of claiming their Prize,
Winners must ensure that the postal address submitted in the online entry form is
correct. Winners must contact the Promoter no less than seven (7) days after receiving
the notification that they are a Winner for any changes to a postal address.
The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers
are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason any winner does not

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of
disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the

or agents) and disclose your personal information to LMG, the Promoter's contractors
and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with you. You
consent to the storage of your personal information on the Promoterâs database and
