Eligibility Requirements:
Entrants must be a resident of NSW, VIC, TAS, QLD, NT, SA, WA or ACT.
Entrants must be over the age of 16. Entrants under the age of 18 must receive the consent of a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 to enter this Promotion, and in the event that an Entrant under the age of 18 wins the Promotion the Prize shall be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
Entrants may not be employed by the Promoter, nor an immediate family member of any person employed by the Promoter or Prize Supplier.
A person who satisfies the Eligibility Requirements and completes an Entry which conforms with the Promotion Terms and Conditions is referred to herein as an “Entrant”.

Prize: The Winner shall receive one (1) x GA double pass to one of the Live Performances (defined herein) including, at the discretion of venue staff and management, and Artist availability, a meet and greet opportunity with the Artist prior to or following the Live Performance (retail value of a double pass approx. A$500)
If the Winner is under the age of 18, their companion must be a parent or legal guardian and they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times during the Live Performance and any meet and greet opportunity.
The Entrant shall elect which of the following performances they wish to attend if they are chosen as a Winner:
(a) Jessie Murph at Metro City in Perth, WA on 12 November 2025;
(b) Jessie Murph at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, NSW on 14 November
2025;
(c) Jessie Murph at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, NSW on 15 November
2025;
(d) Jessie Murph at the Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane, QLD on 18
November 2025; or
(e) Jessie Murph at The Forum in Melbourne, VIC on 20 November 2025
The Entrant will not be entitled to change their preference of Live Performance after submitting their Entry.

Special Conditions:
If the Winner is under the age of 18, they must attend be accompanied to the Live Performance by a parent or legal guardian. Entrants under the age of 18 without their parent or legal guardian may be refused entry to the Live Performance and the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to ensure that they are able to attend the Live Performance. Except where expressly stated in the definition of Prize herein, all costs associated with attending the Live Performance are to be borne by the Winner and/or their companion.
In the event that the Live Performance is cancelled or delayed, the Winner acknowledges that the Promoter shall be under no obligation to provide alternate prizes to the Winner.
Winner and their companion must adhere to the policies of the venue hosting the Live Performance and the Promoter takes no responsibility for the Winner or their companion being refused entry to, or being asked to leave the venue.
