Terms and Conditions:
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the competition ("Competition") conducted by Brisbane Festival.
1.2. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of or visitors to Australia aged 18 years and over.
2.2. Employees, directors, and officers of Brisbane Festival and DAP & Co. Hospitality Group, and their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Entry
3.1. The Competition entry period begins at 10:00am 11/06/2025 AEST until 11:59pm 25/07/2025 ("Entry Period").
3.2. To enter the Competition, participants must submit an entry form.
3.3. Multiple entries will not be counted. Each participant is limited to one eligible entry.
3.4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will be deemed invalid.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize consists of a $200 voucher to Naldham House and 2 anytime Afterglow Flexi Tickets, awarded to 4 recipients ("Prize").
4.2. The total value of the Prize is A$276
4.3. The Prize must be taken as offered and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives in whole or in part.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5.2. The draw will take place on Monday 28th July 2025.
5.3. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.
6. Prize Redemption
6.1. The winner must claim the Prize within 24 hours of being notified.
6.2. The Prize will be coordinated by Brisbane Festival with the Afterglow experience taking place between Friday 5 September 2025 and Saturday 27 September 2025, subject to availability. Naldham House booking is subject to availability.
7. Use of Personal Information
7.1. By entering the Competition, participants consent to Brisbane Festival and DAP & Co. Hospitality Group using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Competition and awarding the Prize.
7.2. Brisbane Festival and DAP & Co. Hospitality Group may use the winner's name, image, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
7.3 By entering the Competition, participants consent to Brisbane Festival and DAP & Co. Hospitality Group using their personal information for the purpose of sending personalised marketing information regarding future events that may be relevant to the participant.
8. Liability
8.1. Brisbane Festival and DAP & Co. Hospitality Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting and using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8.2. Brisbane Festival and DAP & Co. Hospitality Group reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition if an event beyond their control corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
