Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Fairfield Central on behalf of Fairfield Eats (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all Townsville residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must upload and retain their proof of purchase to be eligible to claim a prize.
3. Competition Period
The competition starts at 9am on Wednesday 28 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday 31 August 2025 (“Competition Period”).
All entries must be submitted during the Competition Period to be valid.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Dine at any participating Fairfield Eats retailer;
Scan the QR code located in-store or within the Fairfield Eats precinct;
Complete the entry form, including uploading a valid receipt from the participating retailer;
Submit their details to enter the weekly prize draw.

Receipt Requirements:
A valid receipt must clearly show the retailer name, date, time, and purchase amount.
If a traditional printed receipt is not available (e.g. for mobile orders or digital transactions), a mobile banking notification or digital receipt will be accepted only if it clearly shows the retailer name, date, time, and transaction amount.
5. Participating Retailers
The following Fairfield Eats foodies are participating:
Grill’d
Wara Sushi
Motto Motto
Zambrero
Domino’s
Guzman y Gomez (GYG)
Zarraffa’s Coffee
6. Prizes
Two (2) winners will be drawn each week during the Competition Period.
Each winner will receive a $50 Fairfield Eats Gift Card (total of 2 x $50 gift cards per week).
Each week, a different participating retailer will be featured.
Over the 14-week campaign, a total of 28 prizes will be awarded.
Total prize pool value: up to $1,400.
7. Prize Draw & Notification
Weekly draws will be conducted on every Thursday during the Competition Period, starting Thursday 5 June 2025.
Winners will be selected at random from valid entries received during the previous week.
Winners will be notified via the email provided in their entry within 3 business days of each draw.
Winners have 48 hours from the time the winner announcement email is sent to acknowledge receipt, or the prize will be forfeited.
Winners will be required to collect their Gift Card within 7 days of acknowledging the winner announcement email, or the prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Conditions of Entry
Only one entry per receipt is permitted.
Receipts must be dated within the Competition Period.
If no physical receipt is available, a mobile banking notification or digital receipt may be accepted provided it includes the retailer name, date, time, and transaction amount.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.
Incomplete, illegible, or unverifiable entries will be deemed invalid.
Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
9. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of the competition and prize distribution.
10. General
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.
