1. Promoter
The promoter is Knobby Underwear Pty Ltd (ABN: 74 642 010 062), located at 19 Kikuyu Rd, Chevellam, Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any agencies, suppliers, or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 22 May 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 22 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. Method of Entry
4.1 Only products clearly marked as part of the Knobby x PAC-MAN 45th Anniversary Collection are eligible. Subscription items and non-collection accessories are excluded. Items available via the Promoter's website (
www.knobby.com.au/pac-man) 4.2 Each qualifying item purchased constitutes one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw.
4.3 There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, provided each entry is associated with a separate eligible product purchase.
4.4 These items are not part of the Knobby monthly subscription and must be purchased separately via the shop.
5. Prize Details
5.1 The prize consists of one (1) PAC-MAN Arcade Machine, with a total estimated retail value of AUD $1,099.
5.2 The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services.
5.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at the Promoter’s business premises on 24 June 2025.
6.2 The winner will be notified in writing via the email address provided at the time of purchase within 48 hours of the draw.
6.3 The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 1 July 2025, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within Australia.
7.2 The Promoter will bear the cost of delivery; however, it accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed prizes once dispatched.
8. Verification and Disqualification
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Privacy
9.1 All personal information submitted by entrants will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at

9.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information to conduct and administer the Promotion, including contacting and announcing the winner.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice, subject to relevant regulatory approval.
10.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.3 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. or its subsidiaries.
10.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and each entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
