Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
Entries into the promotion open on 02/07/25 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 26/08/25 ("Promotional Period").
A participating store is any Coles Supermarket that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period (each a "Participating Store").
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any On the Menu product ("Eligible Product") from a Participating Store ("Qualifying Transaction"). In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such materials.
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit winwithOTMColes.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address and state/territory of residence), upload a photo of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form.
Upon submitting their entry, entrants will be notified instantly on screen, in writing, whether or not they have provisionally won an instant prize. All provisional instant winners are subject to verification. Upon verification, winners will be sent their instant prize. Winners of an instant prize will have their details published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at winwithOTMColes.com.au/winners every Wednesday from 09/07/25 to 27/08/25 (inclusive). Each valid entry will also be entered into the prize draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount of Eligible Products purchased in that transaction in excess of one (1)
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
(c) a maximum of three (3) entries per person per day is permitted.
Only one (1) instant prize is permitted per person (excluding SA).
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
There are two hundred (200) instant win prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Coles vouchers are not included. Any unused balance of the Coles vouchers will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Coles vouchers is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Coles vouchers.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner of the Major Prize will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online on 10/09/25.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each win one (1) family trip to the winner’s country of choice in Europe, valued at up to $20,000 ("Major Prize"). Subject to booking availability, all flights, accommodation, experiences, activities and any inclusions of the prize are at the winner’s choice, up to the value of $20,000. The Promoter will liaise with each winner to determine the inclusions of their travel prize valued up to $20,000. If a winner cannot decide on the inclusions of their prize up to the value of $20,000, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the inclusions at its absolute discretion.
The prize will include (subject to the winner’s choice):
Return airfares for the winner and their chosen companion(s) from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to the winner’s city of choice in Europe (airfare class will be at the winner’s choice and is subject to flight availability);
The winner’s choice of accommodation in the selected European country at a star rating of the winner’s choice; and
Any additional experiences, inclusions or activities of the winner’s choice (subject to booking availability).
Unless chosen by a winner as an inclusion in their travel prize, spending money and meals costs are not included. Additionally, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken within 12 months and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
Each winner and their companion(s) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the winner at their absolute discretion and will be organised and booked by the Promoter. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Any costs associated with a winner’s selections or inclusions when redeeming the travel prize that exceeds $20,000 will be the responsibility of the winner.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or any element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or an element of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that element of the prize) with a prize to the equal value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $100,000.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and instant win prizes cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at

In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
