9. Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be:
(a) 18 years of age or over at the time of entry;
(b) Australian residents and have a registered address in QLD;
(c) contactable by the Promoter;
(d) a resident of the relevant suburb in the greater Brisbane area, as nominated by the Promoter at
the time of entry in accordance with clause 11; and
(e) if selected as a Finalist, able to attend Level 3 Building 4/40 McDougall street Milton, 4064 on Wednesday 3rd of September 2025 at a time to be advised by the Promoter.

Each entrant is only eligible for one prize in the Promotion.
11. How to enter
During the Entry Period:
a. At various times across the entry period, the promotor will announce a suburb from the greater Brisbane area (as determined at the Promotors sole discretion) and ask listeners from that suburb to call 13 10 65.
b. Entrants from the selected suburb who successfully call 13 10 65 and go to air may be selected by the Promoter to be included to be on the “Stand By List” to contest in KIIS 973’s Million Dollar Suburb Challenge (in accordance with the Judging Details in paragraph 12 below).
c. All Entrants placed by the Promoter on the “Stand By List” will be contacted by the Promoter and may be requested to register their details and answers to any questions as specified by the Promoter. Being placed in the “Stand By List” does not deem the entrant a winner of any prize.
Other Entry
At various times across the Entry Period, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, invite Entrants to enter via other means, which may include but is not limited to calling 13 1065, entry via the Promoter’s representatives and street team, via Stations’ SMS text or via social media.
12. Selection of Finalists / Judging Details
(a) Entries will judged by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, having regard to creativity, originality, suitability for radio, entertainment value, personality, capacity to perform the relevant challenges and

responses/any information provided by Entrant to the Promoter (including the Entrant’s response to any questions asked by the Promoter) (Judging Details).
(b) At various times during the Entry Period, the Promoter may call Entrants to find out more about their entry. If the Entrant receives a call or is put to air, this does not mean they are deemed a winner or Finalist.
(c) The Promoter will judge all valid entries in accordance with the Judging Details to determine one (1) Finalist to contest in KIIS 973’s Million Dollar Suburb Challenge. The Promoter may also select up to five (5) Back-Up Finalists.
(d) Entrants accept and acknowledge that if they are selected as a Finalist (in accordance with clause 12(a) they may be given only 1 days’ notice (as determined by the Promoter in its discretion) that they must attend KIIS 973’s Million Dollar Suburb Challenge
(e) If for any reason the Finalist is unfit or unable to attend the KIIS 973’s Million Dollar Suburb Challenge, the Promoter may select one of the Back-Up Finalists (in its absolute discretion) to become the new Finalist.
13. How to Win/ Draw/Challenge
(a) On Wednesday 3rd September 2025, the Finalist must attend the KIIS 973 Studios (as nominated by the Promoter) at a time advised by the Promoter. If the Finalist is unavailable to attend, no proxy is allowed, and the Finalist will forfeit their opportunity to participate. In these circumstances, the Promoter in its absolute discretion will select a Back-Up Finalist.
(b) There will be 100 boxes on a wall labelled with a number from 1 to 100. In each box there is a tamper proof envelope which contains details of the prize value (if any) which relates to that numbered box.
(c) The Finalist will be required to select one box and when the Promoter is satisfied that the Finalist has made their final choice, the chosen box will be opened (either by the Finalist or the Promoter or one of its representatives, as advised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) and the note inside will reveal details of one of the following:
(i) a note for the x1 $1million dollar prize (Major Prize); or
(ii) no prize
and the Finalist will receive the prize (if any) which is detailed on the note.
(d) For the avoidance of doubt, the 100 boxes will be comprised of:
(i) x 1 box with a note for the x 1 $1million dollar prize (Major Prize); (ii) x 99 boxes with no prize
The promotor may choose at its sole absolute discretion to award a discretionary prize.

There are one (1) prizes to be won for one (1) winners. The prize comprises:
1 (one) x $1million dollar cash prize to be won for one (1) winner (Major Prize)
Total value of the prize is up to $1,000,000
If a prize is not claimed within three months of Wednesday 3rd September 2025 the winner forfeits the prize.
The Entrant may be asked to provide proof of address to satisfy the requirements under clause 9(d).
The General Terms and Conditions published by Promoter apply to this Promotion. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion comprise this Schedule with the General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is at all times subject to and governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Winners will be notified:
(a) on air at the time of winning; or
(b) via email, telephone or SMS text.

1.1 The following General Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways and promotions (“Promotion/s”) run by radio stations owned, controlled or operated by Australian Radio Network Pty Limited (“Radio Station/s”).
1.2 In the event that a Competition Terms and Condition Schedule (“Schedule”) has been published in respect of a Promotion then that Schedule together with these General Terms and Conditions, and any subsequent variation to either shall be the terms and conditions of the Promotion “Terms and Conditions”.
1.3 These General Terms and Conditions are subject to all terms and variations as are specified in the Schedule for the purposes of that Promotion. Any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and a Schedule, and the promotion of any Promotion shall be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
1.4 Subject to applicable laws, the Promoter may vary the Terms and Conditions at any time.
1.5 The “Promoter” is the operating entity of the Radio Station unless otherwise specified in a Schedule for the Promotion.
1.6 For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, “Australian Radio Network Pty Limited” includes each of its, subsidiaries, related and controlled entities.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
2.1 By submitting an entry to a Promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. The entrant is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with the Terms and Conditions for the Promotion at the time of participation.
2.3 The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion generally.
2.4 In the event any part of the Promotion is amended, cancelled, or not provided by the Promoter, no alternative Prize will be provided and the Promoter will not be held liable for any such changes and entrants will not be compensated in any way.
