The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Toni&Guy (‘Sponsor’). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. 1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 (the ‘Entrant’). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the ‘Promotion Entities’), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. ‘Household Members’ shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. ‘Immediate Family Members’ shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER: All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and able to provide valid government-issued photo ID as proof of age. They must also reside in Australia and provide proof of address if selected as the winner. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organisations will be disqualified. Entries must be made by the participant themselves. Attempts to gain more entries than permitted by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any automated systems will void all associated entries and may disqualify the participant. Final eligibility for any prize is subject to verification. All entries must be received before the close of the Promotion Period. The Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
3. PRIZE: The total approximate retail value of the prize package is AUD $4,000. Travel voucher must be used in accordance with the respective providers’ terms and conditions. All components of the prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative. The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred in relation to travel, transport, meals, spending money, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, or any other expenses not explicitly included in the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, expired, or unused portions of the prize.
4. WINNER SELECTION: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected through a random draw conducted from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be managed via SweepWidget to track and validate entry eligibility. As part of the selection process, the Sponsor or its designated representatives will verify the selected entrant’s compliance with all entry requirements, including age (18+), Australian residency, and completion of all entry steps. The draw date is to be confirmed and will occur following the close of the Promotion Period. The selected winner will be notified via a private direct message (DM) to the Instagram or Facebook account used to follow and tag. The winner must accept the prize and complete any required verification steps. Prize fulfilment will occur once eligibility is confirmed and the prize has been accepted. The Sponsor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The selected winner will be notified via a private direct message (DM) to the Instagram or Facebook account within 7 days of the winner selection date. The potential winner must respond to the DM and formally accept the prize within 7 days of the notification being sent. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or failure in notification due to account settings, message filtering, or technical issues. To claim the prize, the winner may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (to verify age of 18+) and proof of Australian residency. Additionally, the winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release form (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”). No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the discretion of the Sponsor.
