Father’s Day ‘Promote & Win’ Competition. Win a $250 Activ Visa pre-paid gift card!
1. Promoter
The promoter is InLoop Pty Ltd, trading as Flexischools. Flexischools Pty Limited, ABN 27 114 508 771, located at Level 1, 11 Buckingham Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia.
2. Eligibile Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must have a valid Flexischools account.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 1 August 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 19 September 2025.
Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Valid Entry
To be a valid entry, Eligible Entrants must submit their completed entry via
https://form.jotform.com/252030881107044 during the competition period;
On the Entry Form in 100-200 words tell us how you created a special Father’s Day event for your community and how using the Flexischools assets helped you
Only one entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted;
If more than one entry is submitted by an Eligible Entrant, only the first will be valid.
Eligible Entrants must complete all fields of the Entry Form.
5. Judging and Selection
This is a game of skill. Entries will be judged by the Promoter based on creativity, community engagement, and use of provided assets or inspiration.
Judging will take place on 30 September 2025 and winners will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
There are 5 prizes of $250 to be won with a total prize pool of $1,250.
Each prize winner will receive a $250 Activ Visa pre-paid gift card, to be used to purchase goods or equipment for the school or canteen nominated on the entry form.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email within 5 business days of the judging date.
Winners will also be announced on our website and social media channels on 3 October 2025.
8. Use of Entries
By entering the competition, Eligible Entrants grant the Promoter an exclusive, royalty-free license to use their entry (words and/or photo), in whole or in part, for marketing and promotional purposes.
