Great Western Enterprises – $3,500 Email Referral Giveaway Terms and Conditions of Entry
Promoter
The promoter is Great Western Enterprises Pty Ltd, ABN 75 612 192 800, of 36 Cemetery Road, Great Western VIC 3374 (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and immediate family members of the Promoter.
Competition Period
The competition starts at 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter the competition:
● Click the entry link provided and complete the form with your name and email.
● For bonus entries, refer friends via the referral feature after submitting your entry. You’ll receive one (1) additional entry for every unique friend (up to five) who enters the giveaway using your unique referral link.
Each person can enter once and refer up to five (5) friends for bonus entries. Any attempt to enter using multiple identities or emails may result in disqualification.
Prize Details
● One (1) winner will receive $3,500 worth of Seppelt wine.
● The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
● The prize may be delivered in multiple instalments or varieties, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Winner Selection
● The winner will be drawn at random at 5:00pm AEST on 30 September 2025 at the Promoter’s office: 36 Cemetery Road, Great Western VIC 3374.
● The winner will be notified via email and announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media within five (5) business days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prize / Redraw
● If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.
● The redraw will take place at 5:00pm AEST on 14 October 2025 at the Promoter’s office.
● The redraw winner will be notified and published as outlined above.
