The promoter is Bespoke Foods Pty Ltd (ABN 44 612 483 968) of 24 Egan Rd, Dandenong VIC 3175 ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 15 August 2025 and closes at
11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
a) Follow @bespokefoods on Facebook or Instagram; and
b) Comment on the competition post with what they call the product ("Mini Potato Cakes / Scallops / Fritters") where they live. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment is unique. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won: a $200 ALDI physical gift card. The prize will be posted to the winner at no cost to the winner. The total prize pool value is AUD $200 (inclusive of GST). The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 2 October
2025 at the Promoter's business address. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered (Facebook or Instagram) within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's name may also be announced in a post on the Promoter's Facebook and Instagram pages.
7. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not claim the prize within two (2) weeks of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.
