Celebrate Dad or a father figure with a heartfelt entry. Kids are invited to draw a picture or write a short note about what makes Dad the best. Hand your entry in at Concierge for the chance to win a $250 Village voucher.
How to Enter
Collect an entry form from Concierge.
Choose one:
Draw it: “Draw a picture of you and your dad doing something special together.”
Write it: “What does Dad mean to you? What makes your Dad the best?”
Return your completed entry to Concierge by 5:00pm, Thursday 4 September 2025.
Prize
One lucky winner will receive a $250 St Ives Shopping Village voucher.

Winner Notification
The winner will be drawn at random after entries close and contacted via the details provided on the entry form.
Good to Know
Please put the entrant’s first name and age on the front of the entry.
Parent or guardian contact details are required on the entry form.
Entries can be created with pencils, crayons or textas. Keep artwork flat and inside the provided lines where possible.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
a) Entry is open to children aged 3–12 years as at the date of entry who are residents of NSW.
b) Entrants under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent to enter.
c) Employees, retailers and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
Promotion Period
a) Entries open 9:00am AEST Monday 25 August 2025 and close 5:00pm AEST Thursday 4 September 2025 (Promotion Period).
b) Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
a) Collect an official entry form from Concierge at St Ives Shopping Village during the Promotion Period.
b) Choose one option and complete it on the entry form:
• Draw it: draw a picture of you and your dad or a father figure doing something special together.
• Write it: write a short note answering “What does Dad mean to you? What makes your Dad the best?”.
c) Include the entrant’s first name and age on the front, and have a parent or guardian complete the contact details on the reverse.
d) Return the completed entry to Concierge by the closing time.
e) Limit of one (1) entry per child. Entries must be the entrant’s own original work.
Prize
a) One (1) winner will receive a $250 St Ives Shopping Village voucher (Prize).
b) The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Voucher conditions apply as stated on the voucher. Lost, stolen or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
Draw and Winner Notification
a) A random draw will take place at Centre Management, St Ives Shopping Village at 10:00am AEST on Friday 5 September 2025.
b) The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
c) If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at the same place and time on the next business day.
Verification and Invalid Entries
a) The Promoter may request proof of age and identity for the child entrant and the parent/guardian.
b) Incomplete, illegible, offensive, or late entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these Terms.
Use of Entries and Publicity
a) By entering, the parent/guardian grants the Promoter a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display the child’s first name, age and entry (image or written piece) in-centre, on the Promoter’s website and social media, and in related publicity for the Promotion.
b) Entries will not be returned. Please keep a copy or photograph before submitting.
