Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The Promoter is Alquemie LCS Pty Ltd (ABN 14 629 981 497) (“Promoter”) of 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.
This is a game of chance competition.
The game of chance competition will be conducted over two (2) separate entry periods (“Competition Period”).
Entry Period 1: Commences at 12:00 AM (AEST) on Friday 5th September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Friday 3rd October 2025 (“Entry Period 1”).
Entry Period 2: Commences at 12:00 AM (AEST) on Saturday 4th October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Saturday 4th October 2025 (“Entry Period 2”).
All valid entries received during Entry Period 1 and Entry Period 2 will be combined into a single Prize pool.
Entry is open to all Australian residents that are 18+ years or older. Entry is not open to New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to enter.

Purchase the LEGO® Star Wars™ Death Star™ (75419) set online at
https://lego.bricksmegastore.com/ in Australia within Entry Period 2.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
Multiple entries are not allowed.
The time of entry will be deemed as the time of purchase online.
If the entrant cancels, refunds, or returns the LEGO® Star Wars™ Death Star™ (75419) set at any time within or Post-Competition Period, their entry into the game of chance competition will be disqualified.
Competition Prize must also be returned if entrant cancels, refunds, or returns the LEGO® Star Wars™ Death Star™ (75419) set at any time within or Post-Competition Period.
The entrant must, if pre-ordered, collect the LEGO® Star Wars™ Death Star™ (75419) set in-store within seven (7) days of Entry Period 2 if Click & Collect is selected. If the entrant fails to collect during that time, their entry is disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The winner will be chosen at random from a list of entrants who have fulfilled the eligibility requirements during the Competition Period.
The winner will be drawn at Alquemie Head Office located at 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 Australia up to fourteen (14) business days after the Competition Period closes.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via direct message within three (3) business days of the draw, and their name will be published on

Prize consists of the LEGO® Star Wars™ Millenium Falcon™ (75192) AUD $1,299.99 (“Prize”).
Total prize pool is AUD $1,299.99.
The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that Prize.
The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a Prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or redemption of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by any applicable Australian law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Customer information is collected for marketing purposes. Data will be managed in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Privacy laws. Entrants may be contacted by the promoter after entry, with marketing messages. Entrants can opt-out from Marketing messages at any time by emailing

Entrants can refer to the privacy policy listed under the AG LEGO Certified Stores membership program, as this privacy policy will apply to this lottery.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an Entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the Prize. For any Prize that remains unclaimed at 2:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 28th October 2025, a second draw held at 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 Australia will be conducted by the Promoter subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with clause will be notified by direct message within three (3) business days after the draw and their names will be published on
