The Entrant shall elect in their Entry (as defined herein), which Live Performance they wish to receive if they are chosen as a Winner. The Entrants will be separated into distinct draws for each of the Live Performances in order that there is one (1) x Winner for each Prize. No correspondence will be entered into regarding a prospective Winner wishing to attend a different Live Performance than the one they selected in their Entry (and the selection shall be determined solely by the information received by and contained in Promoter’s databases and systems).
It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to ensure that they are able to attend the Live Performance. Except where expressly stated in the definition of Prize herein, all costs associated with attending the Live Performance are to be borne by the Winner and/or their companion.
In the event that the Live Performance is cancelled or delayed, the Winner acknowledges that the Promoter shall be under no obligation to provide alternate prizes to the Winner.
