Weekly Draw:
There will be one (1) draw conducted for all entries received from entrants in each week of the Competition Period, for a total of nine (9) draws (each a “Weekly Draw”). Entries into each Weekly Draw will open at 12:00am and close at 11:59:59pm on the dates indicated in the table below. Entries in each Weekly Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draw(s). Each Weekly Draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259, Australia on the dates indicated in the table below. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid or an ineligible entrant/entry is drawn.

Draw Prize:
Each Draw Prize is a TicTac branded Budgy Smuggler Kit valued at up to AUD $219 and consists of the following:
1x TicTac branded Budgy Smuggler Bucket Hat valued at $40;
1x Winner’s choice of either men’s Budgey Smuggler swimwear valued at $85 OR woman’s Budgy Smuggler one-piece thin strap racer swimmers valued at $110; and
1x TicTac branded Budgy Smuggler Beach Towel valued at $69.
Winners will have their choice of either Peppermint or Orange Tictac branded items for the swimwear and beach towel. Bucket Hats will be in Peppermint only. Swimwear will be subject to availability with men’s Budgy Smuggler swimwear available in sizes XS – XXXL and woman’s Budgy Smuggler one-piece, thin strap racers available in sizes 6 – 20. Bucket Hats and Beach Towels are all one standard size.
The competition will run in all retailers (including online) in Australia and all retailers in New Zealand that stock Tic Tac products.
