Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEDT on Thursday October 30 2025 until 11.59pm AEDT on Thursday 27 November 2025 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s website

Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
Entry is conditional upon purchasing any Gillette or Venus products in a single transaction at Chemist Warehouse (in-store or online) and providing proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number and entering online via the above websites.
The Promoter or Cricket Australia takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.
Who May Enter
The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
The Competition is not open to:
Employees of the Promoter;
Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.
Prize
The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win one (1) Ultimate VIP Cricket Boxing Day Experience for them and a friend.
The Major Prize consists of;
2 x VIP Reserved Tickets in the Chemist Warehouse/ Gillette Ponsford Stand to the 2025 Boxing Day Test. ($1,000)
2 x nights accommodation with a twin share room, minimum 4 star accommodation in Melbourne. ($4,000)

Selecting the Winner
The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm on Friday 28 November 2025.
The Competition winners will be randomly selected by the digital team using random number generator software. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm.
The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Friday 28 November 2025. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the one month, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
If within 14 days after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the one month if the prize cannot be delivered, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office.
If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Friday 12 December 2025 at 10.00am at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish last name, first initial and post code on the below sites on Friday 12 December by 5:00pm. The re drawn winner will be contacted in writing on Friday 12 December 2025.

Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish last name, first initial and post code of the Competition winners on the following websites on Friday 28 November 2025 by 11:59pm and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.

In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter and Cricket Australia notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
Each entrant consents to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
Each entrant consents to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
Where a recipient elects to have the prize posted, they acknowledge Chemist Warehouse will be required to share identifying information with The Australian Postal Corporation for the purpose of enabling secure document collection & delivery, and they will be required to present a valid identification document that matches the stored information.
Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.
Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at ww.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.
Exclusion of Liability
The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
Chemist Warehouse or Cricket Australia are not responsible for any actions or misbehaviour within the Chemist Warehouse hospitality space. You must not engage in any conduct (whether through the use of language, gestures or otherwise) which is likely to offend, insult, humiliate, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any other person (including players, match officials, other officials or spectators) on the basis of their race, religion, culture, colour, descent, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status and/or maternity status. Such conduct will not be tolerated. You acknowledge that the failure to comply with this Policy Statement may result in the imposition of other sanctions (such as being banned from the Venue in the future) and possible further action including without limitation criminal prosecution. Further, under the Ticket and Entry Conditions, you may be refused admission to or evicted from the Venue without refund or compensation of any kind; and you must deliver up any and all tickets that you have in your possession.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter or Cricket Australia are not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, Cricket Australia, its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition.
