Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App and listen to either the
radio or a podcast episode. They must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to
marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
AND/OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website and listen to either the radio or a podcast
episode. They must be a registered, logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and
competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Draw
All valid Nova Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into
a Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
In accordance with the Draw Details below:

(a) (b) (c) Representatives of the Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw (in accordance with the Draw
Details below) and will contact the three (3) entrants whose valid entries are drawn first, second
and third (Drawn Entrant) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a
business number) (Personal Contract Number);
if a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by
the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be deemed a Prize winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute
and sole discretion of the Promoter);
if a Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above
or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they
are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact
the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant draw (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
This process will be repeated until up to three (3) Drawn Entrants successfully answer their phone in
accordance with clause (b) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to three (3) Drawn Entrants deemed winners and
awarded a Prize.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as a winner, and they may not be awarded a Prize.
Replacing Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting
another entrant.
Entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number and answer a call to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• By 10:00am AEDT Monday 8 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first three (3) valid entries drawn will be contacted by the Promoters in accordance with the Entry
Method.
There are up to three (3) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x tickets to see 5 Seconds of Summer live in concert (to be determined by the
Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion) to be shared by the winner and up to one (1)
companion with the date and venue of the concert to be confirmed by the Promoter at the
time of winning (Event). Each ticket is valued at up to AUD $150.00 (incl. GST);
Each Event Prize is valued at up to AUD $300.00 (incl. GST).
If a Prize winner resides in VIC, WA, QLD or NSW, they will be awarded tickets to their nearest capital
city in the state they ordinarily reside.
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner ordinary resides in SA, the Prize winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize,
provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into either WA, NSW, VIC or QLD as required
to attend the Event.
For the avoidance of doubt, a Prize winner will not be awarded the Domestic Travel Prize if their
ordinary state of residence is in VIC, QLD, WA or NSW.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from the
winner’s nearest capital city in the state they ordinarily reside to the city of the Event, as
confirmed by the Promoter at the time of winning (inclusive of airfare related taxes and
charges). Each airfare is valued at up to AUD $500 (incl. GST);
• One (1) x night in a twin share room to be shared by the winner and their companion at a
minimum three (3) star accommodation to be determined and specified by the Promoter (in
its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to $300 (incl, GST).
It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport
departure/return point. There is no transfer component included in the Domestic Travel Prize.
The Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,300 (incl. GST).
Prize must be taken on specific dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at
the location of the Event as advised by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Dates are subject to change
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by
the Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any venue terms of entry and/or ticket, airfare and accommodation terms and conditions.
No Transfer Component
Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from the Event.
There is no transfer component as part of the Prize.
Details will be revealed at time of winning
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute
discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
Up to AUD $4,800.00 (incl. GST).
Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 11:00am AEDT Monday 8 December 2025
