TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Shop & Spin at Ashmore City will run on Wednesday 5 November, Wednesday 12 November, Wednesday 19 November and Wednesday 26 November from 10:00am to 1:00pm each day.
2. To participate, customers must spend $10 or more in one transaction at any specialty store or $30 or more in one transaction at Drakes Supermarket. Receipts must be dated the same day
to participate.
3. Receipts must be presented at the Spin & Win Wheel, located outside Drakes Supermarket
during promotional hours to participate.
4. One spin per customer, per minimum spend. Valid Tax Invoice/Receipt can only be used once.
5. Prizes are available while stocks last and are distributed at random.
6. Total Prize pool is valued at up to $8,000 across the promotional period.
7. Prizes included a mix of Retailer Gift Vouchers and Items at varying values and quantities. Prize
pool also includes $5 OFF, $10 OFF and $15 OFF Gift Vouchers for use at participating
specialty retailers.
8. Prizes available may vary each Wednesday. Prizes advertised may differ from actual Prizes
awarded.
9. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. Customers must be 18 years or over to participate.
11. The following persons are not eligible to participate:
• Tenants of Ashmore City
• Employees of tenants of Ashmore City
• Contractors of Ashmore City and their employees
• Immediate family members of the above (spouses and children)
12. The Prize winners agree to have their name and photo used for advertising purposes.
13. The event is promoted by Ashmore City Shopping Centre, Corner Southport-Nerang and
Currumburra Roads, Ashmore QLD 4214.
14. Receipts for payment of accounts, tobacco or tobacco-related products, gambling products
(e.g. lotto tickets) and prescription or scheduled medications are excluded from being an eligible spend.
15. For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, participants are advised that: they can contact the Promoter via the Centre Website
www.ashmorecity.com.au/contact for details of the information held about them at the address of the Promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Ashmore City and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations; failure to provide all the information required, will result in their participant being ineligible to win a Prize.
16. If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn participant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning a Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize.
17. The promoter is not liable for injury, loss or damage relating to the delivery or use of any Prize.
18. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
