By entering or attempting to enter the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Rules and Eligibility for the Promotion.
The promoter is AXS Australia Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 662 199 760) (the “Promoter”). “The Ultimate CMC Rocks QLD Promotion” is a Game of Chance (the “Promotion”), and is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 and above.
Entrants must sign in to AXS by logging in to their existing account or by creating an account on the AXS.com/au website and downloading the AXS app (via Apple Store or Google Play) follow an AXS Instagram, Facebook or TikTok social media account, comment on the CMC Rocks QLD Competition post with CMCRocksQLD2026 and complete (the “Entry Form”) during 12:00 AM AEST on 4 November 2025, to 11:59 PM AEST on 15 December 2025 (the “Entry Period”), to be eligible for entry. The Entry Form must be received by AXS during the Entry Period in order to be eligible for entry. Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry only. A draw from all valid entries submitted during the Entry period will take place on Tues 16 December 2025 between 10:00am AEST and 2:00pm AEST at Promoter’s office.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media outlets referenced in or used to promote this promotion, including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
A total of one (1) prize will be awarded following completion of the Entry Period, with a total prize pool valued at up to $2,900 AUD (the “Total Prize Value)”.
The Ultimate CMC Rocks QLD Promotion prize (the “Prize”) consists of: two (2) Full Festival Tickets - Full day access to CMC Rocks QLD Festival, Willowbank Raceway, Ipswich, Friday 20 March - Sunday 22 March 2026 (valued at $918), accommodation for two (2) people, for four (4) nights’ accommodation in the Nature Wall Room at Crystalbrook Vincent, Howard Smith Wharves Hotel from Thursday 19th - Monday 23 March 2026 (valued at $1,520) room cost only (excludes any incidentals which are at winner’s cost), transfers to and from accommodation to Festival site for two (2) people (Fri/Sat/Sun) using the Brisbane CMC Festival Bus (valued at $432). All travel is subject to availability.
The Winner will be drawn between 10:00am AEST and 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday 16 December 2025, at AXS Australia, Level 2, 50-56 York Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.
The Winner will be contacted by email and phone at the email address and phone number provided in the Entry Form, on Tuesday 16 December 2025, with further instructions on how to claim the Prize; failure to respond to the email message within the time period indicated in the email may result in disqualification, and in such case a re-draw for the Prize will be held.
If the original Winner does not claim their prize or is not eligible for the Promotion, a redraw will take place between 10:00am - 12:00pm AEST on Thursday 18 December 2025, at AXS Australia, Level 2, 50-56 York Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205. The redrawn prize winner will be contacted by the means above and announced on AXS social media channels shortly after the redraw.
The Winner will be announced on AXS social media channels, once the prize winner has been notified and accepted.
Prize must be accepted as awarded, and Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by or for which AXS and/or the prize suppliers shall be liable, including, without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. By entering in the Promotion entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless AXS and its related entities, and their respective agents, parent, afiliates, subsidiaries, and prize suppliers, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation and/or entry in this Promotion and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of the Prize awarded in this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, entrant acknowledges and agrees to Promoter’s Terms of Use and Prize is awarded subject to the terms in the Promoter’s Purchase Agreement; by accepting the Prize, winner and guest consent to Promoter’s Purchase Agreement.Winner and guest must abide by all festival, venue and hotel policies and requirements, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Representatives of AXS may contact entrants to determine their eligibility, however, an AXS representative speaking to an entrant does not mean that such entrant has been selected as the winner and such entrant may not be awarded the Prize.
CMC Rocks QLD 2026 tickets, and other prize components may not, without the prior written consent of CMC Rocks Pty Ltd, be re-sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, charity fundraising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the winner or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

The estimated value of the Prize is GST exclusive. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with Prize.
An entrant to the Promotion must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees, officers and directors of Promoter and CMC Rocks Pty Ltd and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and the immediate families (parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter.
