“$15K Very Merry Christmas Cash Grab 2025”
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and financial members of the Epping
Club.
2. The “$15K Very Merry Christmas Cash Grab 2025” promotional period starts
from 9.00am Thursday 23rd October 2025 until 8.30pm Wednesday 17th
December 2025.
3. The “$15K Very Merry Christmas Cash Grab 2025” will take place from
approx. 8.40pm on Wednesday 17th December 2025.
4. To be eligible to enter in the “$15K Very Merry Christmas Cash Grab 2025”
members must tap their E Plus membership card (if eligible) at one of the
Swipe terminals located in the Club after 9:00am on Thursday 23rd October
2025 until 8.30pm Wednesday 17th December 2025 to redeem a “$15K Very
Merry Christmas Cash Grab 2025”. Tickets are printed for the draw in the
following ways:
• Members can receive (if eligible) up to 6 tickets into the draw from the E Plus
rewards centres located at the front doors of the Casino lounge every day of
the above stated promotional period.
• By tendering a sale of any kind and using pay by points, cash or EFTPOS
option to pay for total of goods at any Point of Sale (POS) terminal venue
wide. A Membership E Plus card must be presented prior to completion of that
sale. 1 (one) Ticket will be earned for every $20.00/ (2000 points) of spend at
that register (POS).
• Tickets for this Promotion will cease printing Club wide at 8.30pm
• No tickets can be earned from direct play or pays of any poker machine.
• No tickets can be earned from Functions or Events sales.
• All tickets will be printed and given to the member at the time of purchase. It
is the responsibility of the member to place their ticket into the barrel provided
and no tickets will be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Any member found to be swiping another member’s card for the purpose of
entry into the draw will forfeit their own tickets as well as the other member’s
chances as prescribed in the Gaming Rules & Conditions.
5. The member will place their “$15K Very Merry Christmas Cash Grab 2025”
chance tickets in the specially labelled barrel located in the foyer of the Club
on the day of the promotion.
6. Members must be present at the draw to be eligible to win
7. Winning member may nominate the “designated staff member” to participate in
the cash grab game on their behalf. All monies won by the nominated person will
be rewarded to the winning member only.
8. Members are eligible to be drawn once only for the Cash Grab promotion.
9. The member whose name is on the drawn ticket, will have four (4) minutes to
make themselves known to the host when their name is announced. If the
member has not presented themselves within the required time, a re-draw will
take place.
10. Re-draws will take place until a winner presents themselves to the host within
the required time
11. Promotion entrants must have their membership card with them at the time of
any draw to claim a prize. No claims will be accepted otherwise
12. A bell will sound once after 20sec then a long ring when time is complete.
13. Members may only use their hands to collect monies, and no other clothing or
items can be used to hold winnings whilst in the whirlwind machine
14. Protective clothing will be supplied by the club
15. At approx. 8.40pm on Wednesday 17th December 2025 the host will draw 10
(ten) participants from the barrel for the “$15K Very Merry Christmas Cash
Grab 2025” promotion.
• In the order that they were drawn from the barrel, these members will
enter the Cash Grab machine (containing $15000 in fake money) one at a
time, each dressed in a white suit with hood to protect their clothes and to
prevent money being collected in pockets etc.
• Each member will then have 30 seconds to grab as much money as
possible during the allotted time. After the completion of 30 seconds, the
money collected from the cash Grab machine will be counted and
presented to the participant.
• The remaining cash will be left in the Cash Grab Machine. This process
will continue until all 10 participants have been in the Cash Grab
machine and monies have been won.
• If all the money in the Cash Grab Machine is won prior to all 10
participants having their turn, the participant will be awarded $100.00
consolation prize.
• In the event of any money not being won from this promotion, an
“Unclaimed Cash Draw” will take place.
• All unclaimed money will be totalled and divided into equal amounts.
• Draws will be conducted from the Cash Grab barrel until all prize money
has been won.
