3. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia who are over the age of 18 years old. Permanent and casual employees of the Promoter contractors, subcontractors and subsidiary agents of the Promoter, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. To be entered into the draw to win you must:
1) Purchase from the Promoter, any item from TVSN between 8:30am AEDT 4 November 2025 and 8:29am AEDT 1 December 2025.
2) Fill in your details online via tvsn.com.au, including the TVSN order number made between 8:30am AEDT 4 November 2025 and 8:29am AEDT 1 December 2025.
Optional, but not required:
3) Sign up to receive TVSN Channel Pty Ltd email marketing communications; and
4) Sign up to receive Wendy Wu Tours Pty Ltd email marketing communications.
Unsubscribing at any time does not invalidate an entry already received, but valid contact details must be retained for winner notification. Entry is limit to one per order number. Automated or bulk entries, disposable emails and alias accounts are not accepted.

8. The Competition opens on 8:30am AEDT 4 November 2025 and closes on 8:29am AEDT 1 December 2025
9. The Winners of the Competition will be drawn at 8:30am AEDT 2 December 2025.
Winners will be notified immediately via telephone in accordance with the process set out in clause 19 and will be notified in writing of the prize they have won, and the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered or collected by the winner in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw.
In addition, winners will be notified in writing within seven days of the prize draw. The winner details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on tvsn.com.au within 30 days.
The draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
10. Once the Promoter has randomly drawn an Entrant, the Entrant will be determined as the Winner.
The Promoter will then make their best effort to call the Winner live on air during the Good Morning TVSN show broadcast on the Winner’s registered phone number between 8.30am and 9.30am AEDT 4 December 2025. If the Winner has registered both a mobile number and a landline number in their entry, the Promoter will call the Winner’s mobile number. If the Winner does not answer the phone call, they are still determined to be a Valid Winner.
11. If a Winner from any Australian State or Territory cannot be contacted, then that Winner will forfeit their prize if they cannot be contacted within fourteen days after being announced, and the Promoter will instead redraw the forfeited prize at 8:30am AEDT 16 December 2025.
The redrawn winners will be notified in writing within seven days of the prize draw, and the winner details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on tvsn.com.au within 30 days.
The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
12. Once the Winner has claimed the prize, the winners’ details (Name, Mobile, Email) will be shared with Wendy Wu Tours Pty Ltd, ABN: 87 082 688 202, (“the Party Commissioned”).

The Party Commissioned Additional Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

• The prize winner agrees to providing necessary details to facilitate the booking and agrees to receive marketing information from Wendy Wu Tours.
13. Subject to the relevant state authority approval, if the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
14. The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for prizes or deliveries damaged, lost or otherwise delayed in transit.
15. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
16. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
a) a prize winner does not satisfy the competition entry requirements; or
b) the Promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control.
17. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the competition or varies or withdraws the prize it shall not:
a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
b) be required to conduct the competition at any other time.
18. Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the prize or entering the competition.
19. The Entrant is responsible for any travel associated with claiming or receiving the prize if required. The Promoter will not pay any costs associated with the entrant claiming the prize and it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they possess valid documents, including a passport, required for travel.
20. If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions, then that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.
21. The Promoter reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to tampering with the entry process, engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that is calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
22. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be taken in its complete entirety, or it will be forfeited. If for any reason the Winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
Cash prizes may be awarded in the form of a cheque or by an EFT transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account. Cash transfers or cheques may take up to thirty (30) working days to process prior to being ready for collection or postage, from the date the prize provider contacts the prize winner to confirm their details. Winners will be notified once cheques are ready for collection, should that be the method of prize fulfilment.
TVSN Voucher prizes will be credited in the winners’ TVSN member accounts in the portion of the valued won, in the form of account credit.
23. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet connectivity or network congestion, including injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this competition and problems with transmission of purchases over the internet. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
24. Upon entry into the competition, an Entrant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter. This information will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and TVSN’s Privacy Policy. You can find TVSN’s Privacy Policy here:
