To enter, customers must spend $10 or more at any specialty store, or $50 or more at Coles in one transaction on any one day.
Entry Forms may only be filled out by customers of Ormeau Village who have met the minimum spend conditions.
Entries can be submitted online via the QR Code or official competition posts on the Ormeau Village social media pages. A receipt must be uploaded to form a valid entry.
Entries can also be submitted via a printed Entry Form. Any printed Entry Form must be the original; nophotocopies, scanned images, reproductions or other falsified artwork will be accepted.
The competition commences on Wednesday 12 November 2025.
The competition will close on Monday 15 December 2025 at 10.00am. The four (4) winners will be drawn shortly after.
There are four (4) prizes to give away.
Each prize includes one (1) $500 Coles Gift Card.
The total prize pool is $2,000.
Four (4) winners will be notified by telephone.
Customers must be 18 years or over to enter.
The winners must be able to collect their prize from Ormeau Village within one week of the draw at a suitable time agreed upon by both parties.
The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Ormeau Village
• Employees of tenants of Ormeau Village
• Contractors of Ormeau Village and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above, i.e., spouses and children.
The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The winners agree to have their names and photos used for advertising purposes.
The competition will be drawn by a representative of Centre Management, whose decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is promoted by Ormeau Village, 37-59 Eggersdorf Rd, Ormeau QLD 4208.
All Entry Forms remain the property of the promoter at all times. By lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the
delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
For the purposes of compliance with applicable privacy legislation, entrants are advised that:
• They can contact the promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above.
• The purpose for which the information is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Ormeau
Village and its retailers.
• The information is not usually disclosed to third-party organisations.
• Failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in the entry being ineligible to win.
This promotion does not have a direct or indirect association with the sale or consumption of smoking
products. Therefore, in accordance with applicable state legislation, purchases of smoking products are not considered valid purchases for
the purpose of this promotion and are excluded from forming an entry. Receipts from payment of accounts cannot be used to form an entry. Purchases of tobacco (or tobacco-related products), prescription or scheduled medication are not eligible as part of the minimum spend required to receive an Entry Form.
Receipts from gambling activities, including but not limited to lotto purchases, are not considered valid purchases for the purpose of this
promotion and are excluded from forming an entry.
If the promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn entrant or winner is not eligible, has breached these terms and conditions, or has acted
improperly to increase their chances of winning, the promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize and conduct a re-draw.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. However, if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
