By making a qualifying purchase and entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Queensland Limited, ABN 74851544037, trading as RSPCA World for Pets, is the operator of this Competition. RSPCA Queensland may, without notice, amend or modify these Terms & Conditions by posting the amended version in connection with the Competition.
If any of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
Competition Ownership
The Competition is owned and operated by RSPCA Queensland.
All information provided in relation to the Competition has been prepared in accordance with Australian law and is intended for use by residents of the following Australian States and Territories, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, New South Wales, and South Australia. Persons not ordinarily resident in these states are not eligible to enter the Competition.
Competition Details
Entries into the Competition are open from Friday, 14 November 2025 until Sunday, 14 December 2025. Entry is automatic when you place an order of $100.00 or more in a single transaction. Each qualifying order constitutes one entry into the Competition. There is no limit to the number of qualifying entries per person, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying transaction.
No entry will be received or valid after 11:59 pm AEST on 14 December 2025.
To be eligible to enter:
You must be at least 18 years of age and ordinarily reside in Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, New South Wales, or South Australia; and
You may not be an employee or volunteer of RSPCA Queensland or the immediate family of an employee or volunteer of RSPCA Queensland.
By making a qualifying purchase, you agree to be entered into the Competition and to be contacted by RSPCA Queensland in relation to the Competition.
It is the responsibility of all entrants of the Competition to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prizes offered as a part of the Competition.
Prize Details
The Competition prize consists of a reimbursement of the value of the winning order, up to a maximum of $500.00. If the value of the winning order exceeds $500.00, only $500.00 will be reimbursed. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
The winner will be selected via a digital random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place, at 139 Wacol Station Rd, Wacol, 4076, QLD on 15/12/25. The winner will be contacted by RSPCA Queensland via email within 4 days of the competition closing. RSPCA Queensland will arrange reimbursement via the original payment method or an alternative method at its discretion.
If the prize is not claimed within one month of the draw, a redraw will be conducted.
Competition Conduct
The conduct of the Competition, including decisions on eligibility and prize allocation, shall be the sole responsibility of the management of RSPCA Queensland. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
RSPCA Queensland reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or invalid.
RSPCA Queensland will retain competition records for a minimum of three years.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
No permit is required for this promotion in any participating state or territory as the total prize value is below each jurisdiction’s threshold.
Marketing Consent
Winner’s first name and state may be published on the RSPCA World for Pets website.
