Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 18 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).

Maximum Number of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:

During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What Guy Sebastian song would you love to hear live in Nova’s Red Room?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to seventy-five (75) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) contact up to seventy-five (75) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to seventy-five (75) of the “best” Selected Entrants (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby List);
Appear On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(d) The Promoter will contact up to seventy-five (75) Selected Entrants who submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from the Standby List on their Personal Contact Number and may invite them to appear on air either live or in a pre-recorded segment (if applicable);
(e) If a Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail for the purpose of the Promotion (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a Prize winner and will be awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(f) If a Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (e) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the Selected Entrant with the next 'best' entry (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until seventy-five (75) Selected Entrants successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (e) above and are deemed Prize winners and awarded a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, a Selected Entrant who has not answered their phone in accordance with (e) above will not be deemed a Prize winner and will not be awarded a Prize.
Selected Entrants may be invited to appear in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of being selected as a Prize winner and/or being awarded a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants may be deemed a Prize winner and/or awarded a Prize off air and do not need to appear on air for the purpose of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
There will be up to seventy-five (75) Selected Entrants deemed Prize winners and awarded a Prize.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) during the Promotion Period or between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:

If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Monday 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

Prize

There are up to seventy-five (75) Prizes to be won, each comprising of;
• Two (2) x invitations for one (1) winner and one (1) companion to attend Guy Sebastian Live In Nova’s Red Room Presented By Tyrepower in Sydney, NSW on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at a time and location to be disclosed by the Promoter at the time of winning (Event).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning. It is the Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $100 each (incl GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner’s ordinary residential state is WA, QLD, VIC or SA, the Prize winner will also be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in addition to the Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into NSW as required to attend the Event.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Domestic Travel Prize will not be awarded if the Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that they ordinarily reside to Sydney, NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) for the winner and one (1) companion, to be confirmed with the winner at the time of winning (Airfares).
• One (1) x night in minimum three (3) star twin share accommodation in Sydney, NSW to be determined and specified by the Promoter, to be shared by the winner and one (1) companion (Accommodation).
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,200 (incl. GST).
Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s must be able to take the Prize on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at a time to be advised by the Promoter and (if applicable) travel on the dates specified by the Promoter (Wednesday 3 December 2025 and Thursday 4 December 2025). Dates and schedules of the Prizes are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
No Transport Component Included
It is the Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the departure and destination airport, Accommodation (if applicable) and Event. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize, or Domestic Travel Prize.
Prize Winners Are Subject to Venue & Airfare Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the terms and conditions of any venue and/or airline associated with the Prize or Domestic Travel Prize, including but not limited to Airfares terms and conditions and/or venue terms of entry.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue or invitation terms and conditions.
Prizes are not Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Prize Delivery

Prize winners will receive details of their invitation to attend the Event via email.
If a winner has also been awarded the Domestic Travel Prize, the winner will also receive a travel pack via email containing all e-tickets, itineraries, hotel information and travel information for the Domestic Travel Prize. All travel dates, flights and accommodation are at the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter and are subject to availability.
The winner’s names will be on a guest list at the Event.
18.
Additional Conditions
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants and their companion are restricted from winning the Prize under multiple Guy Sebastian Live In Nova’s Red Room Presented By Tyrepower promotions, conducted by the Promoter.
In the circumstances that the Event is cancelled, no alternative prize will be provided for the invite component of the Prize.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
