TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry into the promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. The Promoter is Tassal Operations Pty. Ltd. (ABN 38 106 324 127) of 1 Franklin Wharf, Hobart,

4. Employees and their immediate family of the Promoter, Participating Outlets (as defined below),
and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. Employees means any directors, management, employees, concessionaries, consultants, officers
and contractors or other such people who perform work for the promoter under the control of
another in exchange for payment.
6. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or
stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
7. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant at its sole
and absolute discretion. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. Entrants must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group.
9. Entries into the promotion open at 9:00 AM AEDT on 17/11/2025 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 28/12/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
10. Participating Outlets in the promotion are Sushi Hub Outlets throughout Australia (each a
“Participating Outlet”).
11. To be eligible to enter into the promotion, individuals must purchase a minimum of $12 worth of
participating salmon sushi items (as defined below), from a Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Individuals must ensure they obtain a purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.
12. To enter, individuals must then visit online form and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, and input the requested details (including their first name, last name, valid email address, phone number, date of birth, contact phone number, and the last 4 digits of the transaction number for the Qualifying Transaction found on the Sushi Hub receipt) and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received during the Promotional Period.

13. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of Participating Salmon Sushi Items purchased in excess of $12 (1) in that transaction); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and (c) unrecognised receipts will be deemed invalid.
14. There is a limit of one (1) Minor Prize per person (excluding residents of SA).
15. Entrants must retain their original Sushi Hub purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the
absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
17. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
18. A random electronic prize draw will take place KO Promotions Suite 251, 10-20 Gwynne St,
Cremorne, VIC, 3121 on 29/12/2025 at 12:00 PM AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode, will be published from 05/01/2026. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win an Australian Open Hospitality Package valued at up to AUD $5,500 (“Major Prize”). The Australian Open Hospitality Package includes two (2) tickets to the 2026 Australian Open Men’s and Women’s Finals with one (1) King room accommodation at the Courtyard by Marriott (valued at up to $3500) and one (1) Flight Centre digital gift card (valued at $2000). Accommodation dates are from Friday 20th January 2026 to Monday 2nd February 2026.
● Major prize will be delivered via email. Winners are solely responsible for booking their own flights and transfers. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Major Prize are not included. The major prize does not include sending money. Any unused balance of the Major Prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Major Prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Major Prize.
19. A random electronic prize draw will take place at KO Promotions Suite 251, 10-20 Gwynne St, Cremorne, VIC, 3121 on 29/12/2025 at 12:00 PM AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode, will be published online on 05/01/2026. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
● The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a digital VISA gift card valued at AUD $100.00 (collectively referred to as the “Minor Prize”).
20. Minor Prizes will be delivered via email. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Minor Prizes are not included. Any unused balance of the Minor Prizes will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Minor Prizes is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Minor Prizes.
21. The following conditions apply to the Major Prize:
● As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the Major Prize winner and his/her companion must
sign any legal documentation and any form required by the Promoter and/or Major Prize providers at their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
● Participation in the Major Prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by those involved in providing other goods or services included in the Major Prize (“Third Party Terms”). Major Prize winner and his/her companion are responsible for compliance with all applicable Third Party Terms and bear all risks associated with failure to comply with any of them.
● The Major Prize cannot be (in whole or in part) sold, re-sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, charity fundraising, promotion or other commercial purpose including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions or to enhance demand for other goods or services. If the Major Prize, or part of the Major Prize, is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Major Prize, or part of the Major Prize, may be cancelled by the Promoter.
● Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any voucher or the Digital VISA card are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher or Digital VISA card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher or Digital VISA card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher or Digital VISA card.
22. All costs associated with or arising in respect of the Major Prize not provided for in these terms and conditions are the responsibility of the Major Prize winner.
23. The total value of all prizes available to be won is up to AUD $6,000.
