Promoter and Sponsor: This competition is a promotion (Promotion) run by Perth Wildcats Pty Ltd, ABN 16 162 327 077 of 201 Underwood Avenue, Floreat WA 6014, trading as Perth Wildcats (The “Promoter” or “Perth Wildcats”). The sponsor of this Promotion is Bookleaf Pty. Ltd. (ABN 29 385 212 665), as trustee for the Eden Unit Trust, trading as Holman Industries a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Worldwide Corporation (Aust.) Pty. Ltd. (the “Sponsor” or “Holman”).
This document, information on prizes and how to enter the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s unconditional agreement to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents, excluding Western Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and the Sponsor, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) or have permission from their parent/guardian to be eligible to participate in the Competition.
By submitting an entry into this competition entrants may opt-in to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter and the Sponsor (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter or the Sponsor (as the case may be).
Entries into the promotion open on 5 September 2025 at 12:00am AWST and close on 4 February 2026 at 11:59pm AWST (“Promotional Period”). All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be included in the promotion.

The Promoter is not liable for late, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted or delayed entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction, communications failure or otherwise.
Entry Limits: Entrants may only enter once.
Winners will be drawn at designated times throughout the season, with a total of fourteen (14) draws conducted — one for each eligible Perth Wildcats away game. Each draw will be conducted from the pool of valid entries that nominated the opposition team/city corresponding to that game. Each draw will take place at approximately 12:00pm AWST on the dates set out below.
Draw 1: Monday, 22 September 2025 – Entrants who have selected New Zealand Breakers (Auckland).
Draw 2: Thursday, 02 October 2025 – Entrants who have selected Cairns Taipans (Cairns). Runner Up Draw: Monday 06 October 2025.
Draw 2a: Monday, 06 October 2025 - Entrants who have selected Cairns Taipans (Cairns).
Draw 3: Thursday, 09 October 2025 – Entrants who have selected Sydney Kings (Sydney).
Draw 4: Thursday, 23 October 2025 – Entrants who have selected South East Melbourne Phoenix (Melbourne).
Draw 5: Thursday, 30 October 2025 – Entrants who have selected Adelaide 36ers (Adelaide).
Draw 6: Thursday, 13 November 2025 – Entrants who have selected Melbourne United (Melbourne).
Draw 7: Thursday, 04 December 2025 – Entrants who have selected Brisbane Bullets (Brisbane).
Draw 8: Thursday, 11 December 2025 – Entrants who have selected Tasmania JackJumpers (Hobart).
Draw 9: Thursday, 18 December 2025 – Entrants who have selected Adelaide 36ers (Adelaide).
Draw 10: Monday, 22 December 2025 – Entrants who have selected Brisbane Bullets (Brisbane).
Draw 11: Tuesday, 23 December 2025 – Entrants who have selected New Zealand Breakers (Auckland).
Draw 12: Monday, 29 December 2025 – Entrants who have selected South East Melbourne Phoenix (Melbourne).
Draw 13: Thursday, 22 January 2026 – Entrants who have selected Illawarra Hawks (Illawarra).
Draw 14: Thursday, 05 February 2026 – Entrants who have selected Sydney Kings (Sydney).
There are fourteen (14) prize packages in total to be won — one per eligible Perth Wildcats away game listed in clause [11].
Each prize package includes:
4 x premium tickets to a Perth Wildcats away game in the winner’s nominated city; and
1 x signed Perth Wildcats away jersey.
Ticket locations will be determined by the Promoter and may vary between venues. Travel, accommodation, food and all other ancillary costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.
Tickets are subject to the conditions of entry of the relevant venue and/or the NBL. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner is refused entry or removed from the venue for failing to comply with such conditions.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a winner is unable to attend the allocated game, the prize (or any unused portion) will be forfeited and the Promoter may redraw at the same location and by the same method as the original draw.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.
All expenses other than those expressly referred to in these Terms and Conditions will be at the winner’s cost. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the winner to meet any deadlines or cancellations. No cash or other prize will be awarded if the winner or a companion of the winner cancels for any reason.
Entrants consent to the Promoter and Sponsor using their name, likeness, image and/or voice, in the event that they are a winner of any of the Prizes for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Promotion.
The Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter.
All Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, if a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor may substitute that Prize or element of that Prize for another item of equal or higher values as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the Wagering and Gaming Commission of Western Australia, if required. The Prize may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium or used for advertising or other commercial purposes (including competition and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including in respect of the awarding and/or use of any Prize by a winner), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss which is suffered or incurred as a result of any such action, cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using any Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that may be available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent legislation in the states and territories of Australia, or under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), which cannot be lawfully excluded.
Subject to being granted approval by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, including to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding that may arise in the application of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a dispute relating to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may collect Entrant’s personal information, including name and contact details for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including publicising results of the Promotion. Uses may also include future promotion, marketing and publicity. The Promoter may disclose this information to an associated entity or other companies acting on the Promoter’s behalf which include those located overseas in accordance with the Perth Wildcats Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the Entrant, each Entrant consents to the retention and use of their information in this manner.
The Promoter will hold any Entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at
https://www.wildcats.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Perth Wildcats’ Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related complaint.
The entry page will provide Entrants with the ability to ‘opt in’ to share data (including personal information) with, and consent to receive direct communications from, the Sponsor. This data may include the Entrant’s responses to any survey questions.
Where the Promotion is promoted on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any of these social media platforms and Entrants in the Promotion release LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and their associated companies from all liability arising from the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Western Australia and all Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
