TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Promoter
The promoter is Beds R Us, located at 13-15 Babdoyle St, Loganholme QLD 4129. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who live within a 50kms radius of one of our stores. Employees, immediate family members, and agents of the promoter are ineligible. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility.
3. Competition Period
The giveaway starts on 1st December and ends on 12th December 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter & General Terms
To enter, participants must:
• Sign up to receive our e-newsletters and receive promotional material from us. (You can unsubscribe at any time).
• Ensure all entry steps are completed within the Competition Period.
• Beds R Us reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at its sole discretion.
• By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• One entry per person unless otherwise specified.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winners will be drawn at random on Monday 15th December at the Beds R Us support office in Loganholme. Prizes will be allocated randomly from all the entries, no matter what day you signed up to the newsletter during the competition period. The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to have their name (and, if applicable, photo) published on the promoter’s website and social media channels for winner announcement purposes.
8. Liability
The promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the competition or the prize.
9. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the competition.
10. General
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond their control.
