12 days of Christmas Giveaway
1. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
2. How to Enter
To enter each daily prize draw, participants must:

Follow @lonepinekoala and the participating partner for that day.
Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each tag counts as one entry; multiple entries are permitted.
3. Competition Period
The competition runs from 12 December 2025 to 23 December 2025.
Each daily giveaway opens at the time of posting and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on the same day, unless otherwise stated.
Winners will be announced the following day on Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary’s Instagram page.
4. Prizes
Daily prizes vary and are outlined in each giveaway post.
Prize values, redemption methods, and expiry dates are determined by each participating partner.
Some prizes are delivered digitally or redeemed directly with the partner; others may require collection in person at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.
Full details will be provided to each winner.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from eligible entries.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @lonepinekoala.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be drawn.
6. Prize Collection & Redemption
Collection or redemption requirements differ for each partner prize.
Winners will receive instructions specific to their prize (e.g., digital voucher, booking contact, in-person collection).
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
7. General Conditions
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and contacting winners.
Information may be shared with partner businesses only for prize fulfilment.
