To qualify for an entry into the David Jones Credit Cards AO26 Finals Package
competition, you must fulfil on the terms of the offer by spending $1,000 or more on eligible transactions between 17 November 2025 and 28 December 2025. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on (a) how to enter and (b) the prizes form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this Mastercard x David Jones x Latitude Financial Services – AO26 promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. The Promoter is Latitude Finance Australia (ABN 42 008 583 588) Australian Credit Licence Number 392145 (Latitude Financial Australia) of Level 18, 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia, telephone 1800 800 230 (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
3. Any person who enters the Promotion is an “Entrant”. Valid entry is only open to Australian residents (or temporary residents who legally have the right to work in Australia and intend to stay for at least 12 months after this Promotion) aged 18 years or over who are an existing David Jones Prestige, Premiere or Icon Credit Card holder (“Eligible Entrant(s)”).
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, David Jones, Mastercard and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5. Entries into the Promotion open at 12:00am AEDT on 3 November 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT 28 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). No entries will be accepted after this time.
6. To be eligible to enter Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
a) Either;
i. Receive a promotional message from Latitude Financial Services inviting them to participate in this Promotion and click on the ‘Activate Offer’ button within the promotional message; or
ii. Click on a promotional tile featuring this Promotion within the Latitude Financial Services App and then enter their account number when prompted to activate the Promotion; and then
b) Spend AU$1000 or more during the Promotional Period, using their David Jones Prestige, Premiere or Icon Credit Card on Eligible Transactions (as defined below) anywhere Mastercard is accepted. To confirm, the spend amount can be made over multiple transactions, however the full amount must be spent during the Promotional Period.
7. For the purposes of the Promotion, “Eligible Transactions” do not include cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, card fees or charges, credits, refunds, reimbursements, interest and balance transfers into an account.
8. Eligible Entrants will be awarded one (1) entry into the draw for the first $1,000 spent and then one (1) additional entry for each $500 spent thereafter. For example, if an Eligible
Entrant spends $3,000 on Eligible Transactions during the Promotional Period (and provided they have activated the promotion in accordance with clause 6 (a)), the Eligible Entrant will be awarded a total of five (5) entries into the draw. In addition to the above, any purchases made by an additional cardholder will contribute towards the primary cardholder's spend threshold.
9. The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. Incomplete transactions, transactions that have been refunded prior to the Prize Draw date and/or transactions that are not finalised during the Promotional Period, will be deemed invalid.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
Prize(s) and Prize Redemption
12. There will be one (1) “Prize Draw”, which will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 9 January 2026 at 11:30am AEDT, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified in writing by email and phone within three (3) business days of the Prize Draw. The Winners (as defined below) will have their details (first initial, surname and postcode) published online at https://www.latitudefinancial.com/win26 on 12 January 2026. Original drawn winners will have until 11:59pm AEDT on 18 January 2026 to claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize by this date/time will result in the prize being forfeited and it will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The first two (2) valid entries drawn (each a “Winner”) will each win a trip for two (2) people to Melbourne, Victoria to the 2026 Australian Open Women’s and Men’s Finals valued at up to AU$15,000 depending on date and point of departure (“Prize”). Each Prize is for two (2) people and includes:
• Two (2) x return Economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, Victoria (only provided if winner resides outside of Victoria). If a winner is from Victoria, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
• Four (4) nights’ accommodation at the Player’s Hotel in Melbourne, Victoria including breakfast daily;
• Return airport to hotel transfers and throughout the 2026 Australian Open in a private car;
• Tickets for two (2) people to the 2026 Australian Open Women’s Final on 31st January 2026 and Men’s Final on 1st February 2026 at Rod Laver Arena; and
• A tennis legend Meet and Greet (exact tennis player to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
The total approximate Prize pool value is up to AU$30,000.
15. Spending money, meals, insurance, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in- room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2026 Australian Open Women’s and Men’s Final matches and is subject to booking and flight availability. Exact dates of travel will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The Winner(s) may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
16. The 2026 Australian Open tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the Winner (and/or his/her companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize. All Australian Open tickets are issued subject to the Australian Open Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry 2026 (which can be found online at ao2026- ticket-conditions-of-sale-and-entry-2.6.25.pdf). All Australian Open Reserve hospitality products, including dining and/or private space elements, are provided subject to the Australian Open Hospitality Conditions 2026 (which can be found online at https://www.tennis.com.au/doc/ao26-premium-exp-conditions).
17. The tennis legend “Meet & Greet” awarded as part of the Prize provides the winner (and their companion/s with an opportunity to meet a tennis player (to be determined bny the Promoter) and an opportunity to have a photograph taken with them. These elements of the Prize are not guaranteed and are subject to the goodwill of the player on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that these elements of the Prize cannot be offered for any reason.
18. Subject to the provisions herein, if for any reason a Winner does not take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
20. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
21. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
22. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the Winners and/or their companions not taking advantage of the Prize due to health or any other reason.
23. A draw for any unclaimed Prizes may take place on 19 January 2026 at the same time and place as the original Prize Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email within three (3) business days of the draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at https://www.latitudefinancial.com/win26 on 21 January 2026.
24. Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of a Prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of a Prize will result in the Prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize will be declared null and void.
25. Winners and/or companion(s) agree to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the Promotion without further recompense. This may include but is not limited to photographs taken which may be used for publicity purposes. By accepting a Prize, Winners and their companion grant the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable sublicensable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, Promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this Promotion or in connection with the marketing of the products of the Promoter, or otherwise. Winners and companions further agree that all materials produced pursuant to the rights set out above shall and will remain the property of the Promoter.
26. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to, a Covid-19 lockdown, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
27. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter's ability to conduct the Promotion as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, subject to state or territory regulation. In such event, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prizes to one of the Eligible Entrants received up to the time of the cancellation or modification in accordance with the judging criteria set out herein. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of any law. Any attempt by any person to deliberately cause damage or undermine the operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
29. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non- Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
31. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the 2026 Australian Open Women’s or Men’s Final matches are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Entrant; or (g) use of a Prize.
32. As a condition of accepting the Prize, each Winner (and their companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a Winner’s companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
33. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to Mastercard, agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter and Mastercard will also use and handle PI as set out in their respective privacy policies, which can be viewed at https://www.latitudefinancial.com.au/privacy/ for the Promoter and at https://www.mastercard.com.au/en-au/about-mastercard/what-we-do/privacy.html for Mastercard. The privacy policies also contain information about how Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All Entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may disclose PI outside of Australia, see the relevant privacy policy for more details.
34. These Terms and Conditions may be changed, varied, modified and/or deleted (subject to the applicable state and/or territory trade promotion legislations, approvals, and applicable notification requirements) by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and from time to time. The Promotor will notify participants where reasonably practicable. Each Entrant irrevocably and unconditionally accepts any such changes, variations, modifications and deletions.
35. For any questions concerning legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the laws of New South Wales, Australia apply to this Promotion, except to the extent that a different state or territory’s trade promotion legislation applies.
36. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions becomes or is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and Mastercard shall be entitled to replace such severed provisions with such other provisions as it may deem fit.
37. The headings to the clauses of these Terms and Conditions shall not be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction thereof or of these Terms and Conditions.
38. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
