The Acacia Tree Christmas Give Away – Terms & Conditions
If you purchase either
Yakka™ Feature Grade Queen Bed Frame; or Yakka™ Tasmanian Oak 2.1m Dining Table from The Acacia Tree during the Promotion Period, and you are subsequently drawn as the winner, we will refund the full purchase price paid for that same item to your original payment method.
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Acacia Tree (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion period
• The promotion starts on 8 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries may be deemed invalid.
4. How to enter
• To enter, participants must complete the entry form above during the Promotion Period
• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing
communications from The Acacia Tree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize details
The winner may choose one of the following prize options:
1. Yakka™ Feature Grade Queen Bed Frame
2. Yakka™ Tasmanian Oak 2.1m Dining Table or
3. Store credit voucher up to the value of $2,800 to spend on
products at The Acacia Tree.
6. Store credit conditions
• Store credit is valid up to a maximum of $2,800.
• Store credit is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, offers, or gift cards.
• Any unused portion of the store credit after the expiry date (if applicable) will be forfeited.
7. Winner selection & notification
• One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be selected and announced on Christmas Day, 25 December 2025.
• The Promoter will contact the winner via the email and/or phone number provided on the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. General conditions
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (except as specifically stated for store credit conditions).
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected
entries or communications.
• By entering, participants consent to their first name and suburb being used in winner announcements and promotional materials related to this giveaway.
9. Privacy
• Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion and for marketing communications in accordance with The Acacia Tree’s Privacy Policy
