By participating in Fetch TV’s Wicked: For Good Watch and Win contest (the "Contest"), you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Contest Period
The Contest will commence on 8 January 2026 at 12.01am AEDT and end on 29 January 2026 at 11.59pm AEDT (“Contest Period”).
Entries received outside of the stated Contest Period will not be valid.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all existing Fetch users aged eighteen (18) years or over (“Eligible Participant”).
Employees of Fetch TV, its associated companies, their immediate families, and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Fetch TV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
3. Entry Requirements & Mechanics
To enter the Contest, participants must fulfill the following
Limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Participant. If an Eligible Participant submits more than one entry, only the first entry will be considered.
All entry submissions including all intellectual property in respect of such entries, will be owned by Fetch TV upon submission and the participant will have no rights in or to it.
4. Prize details & Value
There will be three (3) winners in total (one winner selected for each week of the three-week Contest Period).
Each Winner will receive a Wicked: For Good merchandise pack (“Prize”).
The total value of the prize pool is approximately A$172.
To claim the Prize, Winners must provide a valid email and a residential address within Australia for delivery.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fetch TV reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize or any element of it is unavailable for any reason.
If the Winner is unable to accept or take delivery of the Prize awarded for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited and the Winner will not be entitled to any payment or other compensation.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected from all valid entries received from Eligible Participants via the designated form link.
Winning entries must have the best and most creative Entry and satisfy the requirements set out in “Entry Requirements & Mechanics” above, as determined by Fetch TV in its sole discretion.
Winner selection will take place within five (5) business days after the Contest Period ends, which shall not be later than 5 February 2026 at 11.59pm AEST.
Winners will be announced on Fetch TV's social media page(s) (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and contacted using the contact details provided in their entry form (e.g., email) within ten (10) business day of winner selection date.
Winners must respond to Fetch TV's notification within seven (7) days after being notified, to claim their Prize and provide any other necessary details (including current personal email and a residential address for Prize delivery) if needed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
If a Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or a selected Winner's entry is disqualified, the Prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring eligible entrant in the rank order defined above who has not yet won a Prize. This award will take place within twenty five (25) days after the Contest Period Ends.
There will be no "draw" or "redraw" of any kind. This process will continue until all Prizes have been successfully allocated to qualified Winners.
Winners will be selected at Fetch TV’s sole discretion and Fetch TV’s decision is final.
6. Privacy
By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you consent to Fetch TV handling your personal information in accordance with Fetch TV’s Privacy Policy, which is available at
https://www.fetchtv.com.au/privacy-policy, as well as Fetch TV contacting you for purposes related to the administration and communication of this campaign. This may include, but is not limited to, updates on your entry, campaign-related announcements, and other relevant notifications. Data will be used for the purpose of administering this Contest and for other purposes, including marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By submitting your entry and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also expressly consent to receive direct marketing communications from Fetch TV including promotional updates and newsletters sent via email, SMS, and other electronic messages, about our products, services, and special offers. This consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in any communication from Fetch TV, or by contacting Fetch TV as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available at

7. General Conditions
Fetch TV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or these Terms and Conditions if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Fetch TV's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
Fetch TV is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, and may disqualify any entry which does not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
Except as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable law, no representation or warranty is given by Fetch TV in respect of the Contest or the Prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, and participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of such social media platforms in entering into and participating in the Contest. Participants release Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from any and all liability related to this Contest.
Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
The promoter of this Contest is FetchTV Pty Ltd (ABN 36 130 669 500) of Level 13, 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 (“Fetch TV”).
