GENERAL TERMS
Promotion Period & Eligibility
1. The Promotion commences on the Promotion Start Date and concludes on the Promotion End Date
(Promotion Period). All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt, and not at the time of sending
by Entrants. Entries received after the Promotion Period has concluded are ineligible and will not be accepted.
2. Any person who does not meet the Eligibility Requirements as determined by the Promoter in its sole
discretion will be deemed ineligible and shall not be considered an Entrant.
Number of Entries
3. Entrants are only permitted to submit one (1) x Entry. If an Entrant is determined by the Promoter to have
submitted multiple Entries they may be deemed ineligible and disqualified from the Promotion.
Determination of Winner/s, Notification, Announcement and Prize Claim Period
4. This is a game of chance. Entrants will be randomly drawn on the Draw Date by way of automated third-
party software and determined to be a winner (Winner). The Promoter shall be also be entitled to draw on
the Draw Date from the remaining pool of Entrants reserve winners (Reserve Winner) to be awarded the
Prize if a Winner for such Prize is determined to be ineligible, refuses the Prize or fails to respond within the
Prize Claim Period (as defined herein).
5. The Winner will notified by email from the Promoter to the Winner’s email address as included in their Entry.
No responsibility is taken for any failure to provide a valid or correct email address in the Entry, and in the
event that the Promoter receives a bounce-back email informing them of failure to deliver the email to the
email address in the Entry, the Promoter shall be immediately entitled to award the Prize to a Reserve Winner.
The Promoter shall attempt to contact the Winner on the Award Date, or on the first day following the Award
Date which is a working day. The Promoter may also call the Winner using the phone number provided in
the Entry.
6. Winner name/s will be posted on the Winner Announcement Page in the format of first name and initial of
last name.
7. The Prize Claim Period is the period of time between the Award Date and Unclaimed Prize Award Date.

General Terms
8. The Winner is only entitled to the relevant Prize as outlined above (being Prize A for Prize A Winner/s, and
Prize B for Prize B Winner/s as applicable). No Winner is entitled to any additional prizing or cash
reimbursement to compensate for any difference in actual Prize redemption cost and maximum value. No
Prize is transferable nor can any Prize be taken as cash other than as specifically set out in these terms and
conditions. No compensation is payable if the Winner cannot receive any aspect of the Prize for any reason.
9. Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters
and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Promoter will not be responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize or the Prize itself unless
specifically stated in these terms and conditions.
11. If for some reason beyond Promoter’s control, it is not possible to supply the Prize/s as advertised, Promoter
will be entitled to supply a substitute prize in Promoter’s discretion. If the Promotion is not capable of running
as planned due to any reason (including, but not limited to fraud, a state of emergency, natural disaster, war,
technical failures or any other causes), Promoter reserves the right without liability to the entrants to cancel,
modify, terminate or suspend the Promotion and/or Prize.
12. If the Winner has not replied to the Promoter by the day before the Unclaimed Prize Award Date, the
Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize to another Entrant (“Reserve Winner”), having either been
drawn on the Draw Date as a reserve or re-drawn on the Unclaimed Prize Award Date in the event that no
reserve has been selected. Each subsequent Reserve Winner shall have a period of time no less than the time
between Draw Date and Unclaimed Prize Award Date in order to claim their prize (unless notified otherwise
by the Promoter in their correspondence to the Reserve Winner). Promoter shall be entitled to select
subsequent reserve winners as necessary until the Prize is claimed.
