Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (as defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am AEDT on 01.2.26 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31.03.26 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, any Poise or Depend product from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). A participating store is any store in Australia that stocks Poise and/or Depend products and displays material advertising this promotion (“Participating Store”). In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to them, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period, after making a Qualifying Purchase and collecting their purchase receipt, visit www.dependpoise.com/win and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase; (b) a maximum of 2 entries per person per day is permitted; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes are limited to two prizes per entrant (excluding SA).
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries, prize claims or correspondence will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
There will be a random electronic draw at 3pm AEDT on 02.04.26. All draws will be conducted at 132 Harbord Road, Freshwater NSW 2096.
The first 10 valid Entries drawn randomly will win a $500 VISA eGift Card.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed ("Reserve Entrants").
Winners will be notified in writing within two business days of the relevant draw and winners will be published on www.dependpoise.com/win on 10.04.26.
If any dispute arises between an entrant and the Promoter conce ing the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider their point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence they put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize is subject to the prize supplier’s terms and conditions of use. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by an entrant or Winner as a result of the conduct of any third party supplier or otherwise as a result of an entrant or Winner accepting and/or using the Prize.
Subject to clause 24, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between an entrant and any person with whom an entrant chooses to, or chooses not to, share a prize.
Total prize pool value is $5,000.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by 2pm AEDT on 30.06.26 or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by 2pm AEDT on 30.06.26, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter carry out a draw for any unclaimed prizes on 02.07.26 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two business days of the draw and have their name published on www.dependpoise.com/win on 10.07.26.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 10.07.26.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Entries must be received during the Promotional Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If an entrant retu s a Qualifying Purchase their entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter, in exercising its rights under this clause 26 does not purport to exclude, limit or modify Non-Excludable Guarantees (as defined below). The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. If an entrant enters using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, they may be disqualified.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, gove ment directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Inte et service provider used.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
