Competition opens 06/03/2026 at 5:30am AEDT.
Competition closes 12/03/2026 at 10:59am AEDT.
Competition will be drawn at 11:00am AEDT on the following days: 06/03/2026, 09/03/2026, 10/03/2026, 11/03/2026, 12/03/2026.TERMS & CONDITIONS:Open to Permanent residents of Australia who can attend a video call during the Promotional Period and who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).
Entry Method:
To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1. Visit
www.todayshow.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, “Why would your family like to play Safe Crackers?”; and
4. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Multiple entries permitted per Entrant.
Winner Determination
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 11am AEDT on the following dates:
● 06/03/2026;
● 09/03/2026;
● 10/03/2026; ● 11/03/2026; ● 12/03/2026.
For each judging date, the Winner will be the best valid Entrant who has most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.
Number of Winners
Five (5) – one (1) per judging date.
Winner Notification
Each Winner will be notified by phone and email.
Each Winner will win that individual the opportunity to play a contingency game (the “Game”) for the chance to win a prize, as detailed further below.
Each Game will take place at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on the following dates at 11:15am AEDT, however, the Promoter will contact each Winner in advance who will participate in the Game via virtual call.
In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the entrant before the start of the Game, the entrant will forfeit their opportunity to participate in the Game and the Promoter will contact the next best entry to participate in the Game, and so on until a valid entrant is able to participate in the Game.
After the Winner has taken the call with the Promoter’s representative, they will participate in the Game via virtual call. At the start of the Game, the Promoter’s representative will have one or more featured item(s) on display. The Winner must instruct the Promoter’s representative to rearrange the pillars to correctly match the price of the featured item(s). For example, if the featured item(s) is/are valued at $1,564.00, there would be four pillars with the numbers 4, 6, 5, and 1 and the winner will need to rearrange them in the correct order corresponding to the item’s value (i.e. the correct order for this item would be 1, 5, 6, 4). Once the Winner has confirmed their selection and the Promoter’s representative advises that no further changes can be made, the order decided by the Winner will be final.
If the order selected by the Winner is correct (i.e. all numbers are in the correct order as corresponding to the featured item’s value), then, subject to verification by the judges, the Winner will win the Major Prize Pack consisting of the following items:
● 1x front loader washing machine;
● 1x heat pump dryer;
● 1x freestanding dishwasher;
● 1x quad door fridge;
● 1x rice cooker;
● 1x pressure cooker;
● 1x air cooler;
● 1x microwave; and
● 1x indoor air conditioning unit.
If the Winner does not select the correct order, the Winner will receive the Consolation Prize Pack consisting of the following items:
● 1x front loader washing machine;
● 1x heat pump dryer;
● 1x freestanding dishwasher; and
● 1x quad door fridge.
The exact brand, model and specification of each item will be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
