Competition opens 2:30pm AEST on Monday, 30 March 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 15 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Expo Pty LTD (“The Promoter”), Five Star Games (“The Distributor”), and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
If a winner is under 18, they must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter the competition and receive the prize.
There are five (5) MARVEL Cosmic Invasion Deluxe Edition games on Nintendo Switch to give away;
a) Each prize consists of one (1) MARVEL Cosmic Invasion Deluxe Edition on Nintendo Switch, valued at AU$109.95.
b) The total prize pool is valued at AU$549.75.
c) One prize will be awarded per winner, with five (5) winners in total.
d) Prizes will be mailed to winners at an Australian postal address provided by the winner.
e) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period and include a creative answer in 25 words or less to “who would make the best Marvel fighting foursome and why?”, first and last names, age, a valid email address, valid postal address, and phone number.
One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
The winner will be selected after 9:00am AEST on Thursday, 30 April 2026 and notified through the email address provided.
The winner may be contacted by phone should they not respond via email; however, this is at the discretion of the Promoter and Distributor, who reserve the right to select a new winner should incomplete and/or incorrect contact information prevent them from being notified.
If further information is required to facilitate prize dispatch, the winner will have fourteen (14) days from the end of The Promotion Period to respond via email to claim their prize before another winner is selected.
The judges’ decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s entry details, including name, email address, phone number, and postal address, may be given to the Distributor and/or their agencies to facilitate prize dispatch.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter and the Distributor.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter and the Distributor (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in the prize to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) use of a prize.
