Participating
Store
A participating store is any Cellarbrations, The Bottle O, IGA Liquor, Porters Liquor Store or Thirsty Camel
(excluding VIC and WA) store nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion and stocks
the Eligible Product (defined below) during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Store”). For the
avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating Store are also eligible.
Eligible
Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of
the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with
this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry 1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) spend $25 or more in a single transaction on any Wild Turkey product/s (Eligible Product) from a
Participating Store (Qualifying Transaction);
(b) visit the Promotion Website (or scan the QR code featured on advertising materials) and follow
the prompts to the entry page;
(c) input the requested details (full name, date of birth, State/Territory of residence, mobile phone
number and email address); and
(d) upload their receipt when prompted, agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s
Privacy Policy ;and then
(e) submit the fully completed online entry form.

2. Eligible Entrants must retain their original or a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for their Qualifying
Transaction(s) as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter.
Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. If a staff member does not automatically
provide the individual with a purchase receipt, it is the responsibility of the individual to request
one. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the
purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
3. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
(c) are incomplete, indecipherable or unviewable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
4. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying
Transaction regardless of the amount spent on Eligible Products in excess of $25; (b) a maximum
of two (2) entries is permitted per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately
and in accordance with entry requirements.
Draw 5. The Draw will be conducted at Vivid Engagement, Building 1, 30 Chancellor Village Boulevard,
Sippy Downs, QLD 4556 at 11:00am AEST on 19/05/2026, by way of a random draw.
6. An independent scrutineer will observe the Draw process.
7. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win that Eligible Entrant (Participant) the opportunity to
play a contingency game (the Game) for the chance to win the major prize (Major Prize), as set
out below.
8. The next one hundred and thirty (130) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a minor prize
(each a “Minor Prize Winner”), as set out below.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, (including after the Promotional Period), to verify the
validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence)
and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter
reasonably believes has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and
proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal right to recover damages or other compensation from
such an offender are reserved.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion,
determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
Prizes 11. The Game will take place at 1 Thomas Hold Drive, Macquarie Park, New South Wales 2113 on
30/06/2026 at 12:30pm AEST, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. In order to participate
in the Game, if the drawn Participant resides outside of New South Wales, they will receive two
(2) return economy airfares from their nearest capital city in Australia to Sydney, New South Wales,
two (2) nights minimum54-star twin share accommodation, transfers to and from the airport and
$750 spending money, total value up to $4,424, depending on point of departure. Itinerary to be
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the
prize. Travel is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the individual prize and service
providers. The Participant may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation
check in.
12. If the drawn Participant resides within 100km of Macquarie Park, New South Wales, the Participant
will be responsible for transport to and from the Game. Any additional spending money, meals,
taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point,
additional transfers, items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges) and
all other ancillary costs are not included. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant
may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on his/her behalf provided the
Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. If
the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a
representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant’s behalf.

13. There will be 100 numbered envelopes on display at the start of the Game. One (1) envelope will
contain a promotional message representing the Major Prize (as detailed below). The other 99
envelopes will each contain a promotional message representing the Consolation Prize (as
detailed below). The Participant/proxy/representative (Attendee) must choose only one (1)
envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on
display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the
Attendee selects the envelope containing the promotional message representing the Major Prize,
then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win the Major Prize. If the
Attendee selects an envelope containing a promotional message representing the Consolation
Prize, then the Major Prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the
drawn Participant will win the Consolation Prize.
The Major Prize (including any travel required) is valued at up to $154,424 and consists of a
Seven 82 Motors voucher for $150,000 to purchase a classic car.
The Major Prize winner can choose between the Major Prize outlined above or $150,000 in cash
(which will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the Major Prize winner’s nominated
bank account). The Major Prize winner is responsible for providing their full and accurate bank
details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking
institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
The chance of the Participant selecting the Major Prize is 1:100. The odds of being drawn as a
Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the Major
Prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
14. If the Major Prize winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in
their own name, then the Major Prize Winner may assign the car to another person (who consents
to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purposes of registration. The Promoter takes no
responsibility for any such arrangements between the Major Prize Winner and the assignee. The
Major Prize Winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation
as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that
the Major Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the
Promoter in its discretion.
15. The Consolation Prize consists of $10,000 cash awarded via EFT into the Consolation Prize
winner’s nominated bank account. The Consolation Prize winner is responsible for providing their
full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being
provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating
any lost monies.
16. The first ten (10) Minor Prize Winners will each win a MetCash Shop Local gift card valued at
$100.
17. The next twenty (20) Minor Prize Winners will each win a MetCash Shop Local gift card valued at
$50.
18. The next one hundred (100) Minor Prize Winners will each win a MetCash Shop Local gift card
valued at $25.
19. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Seven 82 Motors voucher or MetCash Shop
Local gift cards are not included. Any unused balance of the Seven 82 Motors voucher or MetCash
Shop Local gift cards will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Seven 82 Motors voucher
or MetCash Shop Local gift cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including
those specified on the Seven 82 Motors voucher and MetCash Shop Local gift cards.
20. Total prize pool value is up to $158,924.
21. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of
receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
22. If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute
a Prize (or that part of a Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a Prize is not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
23. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused
by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize, except for liability that cannot be
excluded by law.
24. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a Prize by
the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited.

Notification of
Winners
25. The Major Prize winner will be contacted via phone and email within two (2) days of the Draw.
Minor Prize winners will be notified in writing within five (5) business days of the Draw. The Major
Prize winner and all Minor Prize winners from the ACT will have their details (first initial, surname
and postcode) published at

26. The Promoter will retain all unclaimed Prize(s) for one (1) month from the date of the Draw. If a
Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner for the unclaimed
Prize(s) on 27/08/2026 at the same time and place as the original Draw, by way of a random draw
(“Re-draw”), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event the prize determined
as a result of the Game is unclaimed, the same prize that resulted in the Game will be awarded in
the Re-Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, the Game will not be re-conducted.
27. Winners of the Re-draw (if any) will be contacted in writing and telephone within five (5) business
days of the Re-draw. Details of the Major Prize winner and Minor Prize winners from the ACT (first
initial, surname and postcode) will be published at

03/09/2026. The winner of Re-drawn prizes must claim their prize within one (1) month of the Redraw.
28. The Prizes will be delivered free of charge to the Winners (or Re-draw winners) at the address
nominated on their entry form.
Privacy and
releases
29. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and
manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.wildturkeybourbon.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may also use Eligible
Entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling
purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or
telephoning, any entrant. Eligible Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time
by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the message. The Privacy Policy also contains
information about how Eligible Entrants may update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may
complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how
those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless
otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia
(for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any
overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion
Eligible Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian
Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
30. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the
Promoter’s products.
Miscellaneous 31. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking
age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health &
Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au).
32. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
33. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable
guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any
liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter
(including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
34. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded,
the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and
excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss
of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable
control;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant;
(f) if the Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of
the Promoter;
(g) any variation in prize value to that state in these Terms and Conditions; and/or
(h) any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
