Terms & Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the “Trafalgar Tours MasterChef Competition” (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility to Enter
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and older. However, employees and the
immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), Trafalgar Tours (Aust.) Pty Ltd
(the “Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual
associated with the provision of the prize are not eligible to enter the Competition. Entrants
must be residing in Australia at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid.
Competition Period
3. The competition commences on Sunday, 19 April 2026 at 00:00 AEST and closes on Friday, 14 August 2026 at 00:00 AEST (“Competition Period”).
4. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, Network 10 and www.10.com.au.
5. To participate in the Competition entrants must either:
a. Log on to 10.com.au/win and register their details on the competition page. Details to
enter the competition include first name, last name, email address, phone number, postcode, month and year of birth, or;
b. Become a 10 member. Specific details include first name, last name, post code, phone number, email address, gender, month and year of birth and favourite genre to become a 10 member.
6. It is free to become a 10 member, however, the cost of accessing the promotional website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the 10 Members rules.
7. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Entrants who have won a Major Prize in any Network 10 competition in the past 12 months are not eligible to win a prize in this competition, excluding entrants who reside in South Australia who are eligible to win more than once.
A limit of one online entry per 10 member, per calendar day applies. One membership per person applies.
10. Entries must be received by Friday, 14 August 2026 at 00:00 AEST to be included in the Prize
Draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will be entered into the Prize Draw.
The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s
database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due
to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
The account holder is responsible for any activity and/or entries that have been submitted using
their device (e.g. phone, computer, tablet etc). It is the account holder’s sole responsibility to
control any and all access to their device. The Promoter, the Sponsor, and Ansible Pty Ltd who
has been appointed by the Promoter to be the Competition administrator (“Ansible”), will not
be responsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this or
as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. Entrants
must not use another’s device without express permission from the account holder.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers
with the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner of the Competition (“Prize
Winner”), the winner hereby permits their image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed, or filmed during the winner participation in the prize to appear in connection with Network 10 or the Sponsor or the advertising and/or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the world and the Prize Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The Prize Draw will be held on Monday, 17 August 2026 at 10:00 AEST at Ansible, Level 3, 100
Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Prize Draw”).
16. 17. Ansible Pty Ltd will notify the Prize Winner by a phone call and in writing via email within two
(2) days of the draw and the Prize Winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on the 10 website from Wednesday, 19 August 2026. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
18. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Ansible, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Monday, 9 November 2026 at 10:00 AEDT. The unclaimed prize
winner will be notified of their prize by phone call and in writing via email and their details (last name, first initial and postcode) within two (2) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and will be
published on the 10 website at 10.com.au/win from Monday, 9 November 2026.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE AT UP TO- AUD $10,000.00
The total prize pool is valued at $10,000.00 (including GST). The prize value is to be considered
in its local currency (Australian dollars). The prize value is correct at time of publishing of these
Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value
between now the ultimate prize redemption date.
Neither the Promoter or the Sponsor takes any responsibility for any tax consequences or
imposts that arise from the receipt of the Prize. The Prize Winner is advised that tax
implications may arise from winning the Prize and they should seek independent financial
advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.
22. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize.
23. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal
release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
24. The Prize consists of one (1) $10,000 AUD Trafalgar Tour voucher to be used towards a Trafalgar
tour for a maximum of two (2) people travelling to a destination of the winner’s choice. Tour
includes accommodations per selected tour itinerary, meals per selected tour itinerary, and
inclusions as per the tour package. All tours are subject to availability at time of booking.
International flights are not included. Internal flights are included as specified in certain tour
itineraries.
25. The Prize winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining proper travel
documentation (e.g., passports, visas etc.), travel insurance, meals not included in selected tour
itinerary, ground transportation, additional accommodation, international flights and all other
costs, expenses and taxes that are not specifically included above. The Sponsor is not responsible if winner or their travel companion is denied entrance into any country for any
reason. No changes are permitted to reservations once date of travel is confirmed, or ticket has been issued.
26. The trip must be booked and completed by 31 December 2027 and is subject to availability at
the time of booking. Certain blackout periods may apply. If the trip has not been booked by 31
December 2027, the Winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety.
27. The winner will only be allowed to book one (1) tour. If the tour chosen is less than $10,000
AUD, a cash value will not be given, and unused funds will be forfeited. If winner chooses a tour
over $10,000 AUD, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference of the trip prize at
their own expense.
28. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed for
cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is non-
negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in full, and may not be sold to
any third party. The tour must be booked directly with Trafalgar at least sixty (60) days in

advance of the travel date. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not
or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason,
including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not
be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
29. The Prize, being a tour package, is subject to the Sponsor's terms and conditions, which are
available at https://www.trafalgar.com/en-au/resources/conditions (“Sponsor’s Terms”). By
accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by the Sponsor's Terms to the extent they apply to the tour package subject of the Prize.
The Sponsor may amend the Sponsor's Terms from time to time. In the event of any
inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor's Terms, these Terms and
Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except that operational matters relating to
the booking, supply and delivery of the tour package subject of the Prize will be governed by the
Sponsor's Terms. The winner's redemption and use of the Prize is contingent upon compliance
with all requirements set out in the Sponsor's Terms, including any booking procedures, travel
dates, identification requirements, conduct policies and other conditions of participation. Failure
to comply with the Sponsor's Terms may result in forfeiture of the Prize. To the extent permitted Tby law, no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
