(“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1. Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia (excluding Queensland) aged 18 years of age or older, where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received.
2.2. Employees and the immediate friends and family members of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“The Promoter”), Carnival Cruise Lines (“The Sponsor”, “The Prize Supplier”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
2.3. In clause 2.2 the term “Immediate Family Members” includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The Competition commences Sunday, 19th April 2026 at 18:00 AEST and concludes on Friday 24th April 2026, at 18:00 AEST (“the Competition Period”).

3.2. One codeword will be announced on the Program, during each Registration Period and that codeword must be used in entries placed during that Registration Period.
3.3. Viewers may enter once per codeword, per day. The specified codeword must be entered for an entry to be valid.
3.4. If any entries are deemed at the Promoter’s final discretion to be made via “scripting”, those entries will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
3.5. In the event that an element the prize outlined in Clause 4.2, below is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the prize. If the Winners forfeits a specified element, no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize.
3.6. Entries do not carry over between each daily judging. Entrants must submit an entry within the Registration Period to be in the prize judging.
3.7. In the event that a codeword does not go to air for any reason, including but not limited to changes in broadcasting, the prize judging for that entry period will be redundant. Entries received during that entry period will be carried over into the next entry period and the winners for that entry period will be judged in the prize judging

TOTAL OVERALL PRIZE POOL VALUE: $8,792.00
4.3. Total maximum prize pool value for the prize is $8,792.00 (including GST). Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.4. In accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5. The Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.6. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.7. In the event that an element of the prize outlined in the above is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to state regulations.
4.8. The Prize Winner will receive one (1) of the Prizes detailed in clause 4.2. Each Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Promoter’s, and the Sponsor’s reasonable requirements.
4.9. The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
4.10. Travel insurance, airport transfers or pre and post accommodation are not included in the prize.
4.11. Once confirmed in writing, change of dates may require extra fees. The Promoter and the Sponsor do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
4.12. The Promoter, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other issues that may exist at any destination.
4.13. The Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter and up to the Promoter’s discretion whether they award the Prize. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
4.14. Winner and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
4.15. The prize does not include and neither the Sponsor or Promoter are responsible for any transport, travel, accommodation or other related expenses that could be incurred for the Winner to attend any aspect of the prize. The Winner and their companion are responsible for their own passports, visas, travel insurance, airport transfers, additional nights or upgrades, personal expenses (including meals or tips not included in the Cruise), any mandatory travel requirements (including COVID-19 vaccinations), and costs for changes to tickets once they have been issued.
4.16. A valid credit card may be required to be presented at cruise check in for incidentals. Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) may be subject to an administration fee which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
4.17. It is each traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any necessary visas, vaccinations any mandatory travel requirements (including COVID-19 vaccinations), passports, and any associated costs are the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
4.18. The Winners may be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize.
4.19. The Promoter may require prize Winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.20. The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation
4.21. The prize is not exchangeable.
4.22. Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the prize.
4.23. Prizes will be distributed to Winners via email. It is the responsibility of the Winner to check their email and junk folders for this details.
4.24. Winners must adhere to any specific terms and conditions provided by the Promoter or The Sponsor.
5. PRIZE SPECIFIC INFORMATION
5.1. Each winner will receive one (1) Carnival Cruise Line 4-Day cruise for the winner and one (1) accompanying guest (total two (2) people) in a twin share balcony room (the ‘Prize’).
5.2. Winners may choose one of the following itineraries, subject to availability:
o a four (4) night Airlie Beach cruise departing Brisbane onboard Carnival Encounter; or
o a four (4) night Moreton Island cruise departing Sydney onboard Carnival Adventure.
5.3. Sailings must depart on or before 30 November 2026. School holiday sailings are excluded.
5.4. The Prize includes:
o select onboard main meals and snacks (with the exception of those restaurants and meals which have an additional cover charge);
o select onboard activities, evening entertainment and comedy shows (with the exception of those activities and facilities which have an additional cover charge) as well as kids clubs; and
o taxes, fees and port expenses.
5.5. The Prize and all elements of the Prize must be taken as is. Changes to the cabin type or number of guests are not permitted. Upgrades, guest additions or changes to the itinerary are not permitted (even if the winner offers to pay the difference).
5.6. Itineraries are not guaranteed and onboard offerings are subject to change.
5.7. The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Carnival plc trading as Carnival Cruise Line (ABN 23 107 998 443) (‘Prize Supplier’). It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner (and their accompanying guests, if applicable) must comply with all conditions of use of the Prize. Award and redemption of the Prize is subject to the winner agreeing to the Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions.
6. GENERAL PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1. The Prize is subject to availability. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, Prize Supplier, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to substantially equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
6.2. Name changes are not permitted and Prize Supplier’s cancellation policy in the Carnival Cruise Line Ticket Contract will apply. See Carnival Cruise Lines Ticket Contract at

6.3. With the exception of any expenses specifically included in the Prize, all:
a) costs associated with transport to/from the departure port will be the responsibility of the winner and accompanying guests and will not be borne by the Prize Supplier; and
b) pre and/or post accommodation, shore excursions or other onboard activities, spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
6.4. The winner and their accompanying guests are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary and valid travel documentation including, passports, any requisite visas and insurance. The winner and their accompanying guests will be responsible for any expenses incurred in obtaining necessary travel documentation, including any fines or penalties incurred as a result of not having the requisite travel documentation.
6.5. Prize(s), or any unused portion of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel within the nominated period, or does not take an element of the Prize within the time stipulated then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
6.6. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests by the Prize Supplier, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winner grants the Prize Supplier a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for use.
6.7. With the exception of the intellectual property rights set out in these Terms and Conditions, the winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
6.8. Standard terms and conditions of travelling with Prize Supplier will apply, including any applicable age restrictions. See Carnival Cruise Lines Ticket Contract at

6.9. The winner must provide valid identification to Prize Supplier. The winner must be over the age of 18 years (subject to applicable age restrictions). Alcohol consumption and gambling onboard are restricted to passengers aged 18 years of age or older or otherwise as specified in the Carnival Cruise Line Passage Contract. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the winner and/or accompanying guests at check-in in order to board the cruise ship, for all incidental charges.
6.10. Prize Supplier accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning n this promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought.
6.11. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Prize Supplier (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Prize Supplier’s control); b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Prize Supplier) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Prize Supplier; d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; e) if the cruise is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Prize Supplier; f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or g) use of and/or taking of the prize.
6.12. Prize Supplier collects personal information in order to administer the Prize and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to the Promoter, co-operative partners, agents, contractors, service providers and suppliers. This may include disclosures to organisations and as required to regulatory authorities in and outside Australia, including in places such as in the United States, New Zealand and the ports of call on the cruise itinerary. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Prize Supplier may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the winner in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here:

7. HOW TO WIN
7.1. There will be Four (4) Winners in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
7.2. The Prize Winners will be judged from Tuesday 28th April 2026 from 10:15 (AEST) at Ansible, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. Prize Winners will be judged from all valid entries received (online) during the Competition Period.
7.3. The Promoter reserves the right to judge reserve Winners and record in order of judging in the event that a judged Winner is invalid or unavailable.
7.4. The Winners details will be published on the 7News website within Five (5) business days of the final prize judging.
7.5. Each Entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Competition Period will be entered into the Winner Judging’s subsequent to their entry being received by the Promoter’s database.
7.6. Each Winner will be notified via phone call or email on the day of the Prize Judging.
7.7. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
7.8. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
7.9. In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an unclaimed Prize judging will take place at Ansible, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Friday 26th June 2026 at 10:00 AEST.
7.10. The unclaimed Prize winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within two (2) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging. The unclaimed Prize Winner’s details will be published on the 7News website within five (5) business days of the unclaimed Prize judging.
7.11. An entrant may only win once throughout the competition period.
8. NO LIABILITY
8.1. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, COVID 19, pandemic, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
8.2. Seven Network (Operations) Limited and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
8.3. Seven Network (Operations) Limited and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
• during the judging;
• in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
• as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; or
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
8.4. Seven Network (Operations) Limited and its associated agencies and companies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
8.5. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
