Gracie’s Wine Room is growing up. The South Yarra wine bar, celebrated for its curated wine list and share-style menu, opened in 2025 under the direction of 20-something founder Kelsie Gaffey. With no prior hospitality experience, Gaffey carved out her own place in the local hospitality scene, building a grassroots favourite that quickly earned a loyal following.

Now, that story enters its next chapter with a “Gracie’s, but better” menu. The house-made focaccia stays, while the snack-led offering sharpens into a tighter, more considered lineup made for sharing with friends, alongside the release of Gracie’s own limited-edition Orange Wine.
