Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 13 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
Prize (if applicable).
7. Maximum Number
of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
‘For your chance to win tickets, what’s your favourite Noah Kahan song and why?’
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
‘For your chance to win tickets, what’s your favourite Noah Kahan song and why?’
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to five (5) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrants) and will award each of those entrants
a Prize.
Selected Entrants may be invited to appear in a pre-recorded segment for the purpose of being
selected as a Prize winner and/or being awarded a Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion).
Selected Entrants may be deemed Prize winner off-air and do not need to appear on-air for the
purposes of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
9. Entry Restrictions Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
10:00AM AEST and 6:00PM AEST on Friday 18 September 2026
If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant may not be eligible for a
Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, if
an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected
as a winner (where applicable) and they may not be awarded a Prize.
Replacing Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting
another entrant.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as a winner and they may not be invited to be awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 12:00pm AEST Friday 18 September 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All
valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize
Clauses 8 – 15
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• Two (2) x general admission tickets to see Noah Kahan ‘The Great Divide Tour’ live in concert
in the nearest capital city of the winner’s ordinary state of residence, valued at up to AUD
$169.90 (incl. GST) per ticket (Event) on one of the below dates at a time to be specified by
the Promoter at the time of winning:
- Melbourne: Friday 25th September 2026, Rod Laver Arena
- Melbourne: Saturday 26th September 2026, Rod Laver Arena
- Sydney: Friday 2nd October 2026, Qudos Bank Arena
- Sydney: Saturday 3rd October 2026, Qudos Bank Arena
If further Event dates are announced after this Promotion, winners may be allocated tickets to one of
the new Event dates (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, the
time, date and location of the Event and the tickets allocated to the Prize winner by the Promoter is at
the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of
winning.

Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $339.80 (incl. GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If a Prize winner ordinary resides in SA, WA, QLD the winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in
addition to the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Domestic Travel Prize will not be awarded if the
Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW, VIC, SA, or QLD.
This Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winners’ nearest capital city in the state that
they ordinarily reside to either Sydney or Melbourne (as specified by the Promoter at the time
of winning) (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) for the winner and one (1)
companion; and
• One (1) x night accommodation in a twin share, to be shared by the winner and their
companion at a minimum three (3) star hotel to be determined and specified by the
Promoter.
It is the Domestic Travel Prize winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport
departure/return point. There is no transfer component included in the Domestic Travel Prize.
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,500 (incl GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date and at
the location of the Event as advised by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the
Event organiser for any reason.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms & Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any venue/ticket terms of entry and/or ticket terms and conditions.
No Transfer Component
It is the Prize winner and Prize winner companion’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the
venue to attend the Event. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize.
Event at Discretion of the Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute
discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $9,199 (incl. GST).
