Customers may enter by completing the online Entry Form on Ferny Grove Shopping Village’s official Sign Up & Win competition
posts.
The Mother’s Day Competition commences on Monday 27 April 2026. The competition will close on Friday 8 May 2026 at 10.00am.
The draw will take place at 10.30am.
The prize includes one (1) Jetts Ferny Grove three-month Free Membership and one (1) MLA Office Hamper.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email including instructions for prize collection.
Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter.
The prize must be collected during staffed hours of Jetts Ferny Grove.
The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Ferny Grove Shopping Village
• Employees of tenants of Ferny Grove Shopping Village
• Contractors of Ferny Grove Shopping Village and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The winner agrees to have their name used for advertising purposes.
The competition will be drawn by a representative of Centre Management, whose decision will be final, and no correspondence will
be entered into.
The competition is promoted by Ferny Grove Shopping Village, 51 McGinn Road, Ferny Grove QLD 4055.
All Entry Forms remain the property of the promoter at all times. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their names being
entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the circumstances.
The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the
delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can contact the promoter for
details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on
them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Ferny Grove Shopping Village and its retailers; the
information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations failure to provide all the information required to make a valid
entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a winning entry form.
If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn Entrant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has
acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that
drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
