A finalist for Festival Of The Year at 2026 Queensland Music Awards, the festival – in partnership with some of the region’s premier tourism providers – is putting up for grabs the ultimate live music experience for its 2026 instalment (6-8 November).

With the likes of Xavier Rudd, Mental As Anything, The Whitlams, The Radiators, Adam Harvey and 19-Twenty already confirmed to play in 2026, the festival is again shaping up as the ultimate festivation to a freakin' awesome November destination.

The festival has launched the Party In Paradise package prize, valued at over $5,000. The winner (and their +1) will score for themselves:

• 2x VIP festival passes (valued at $2,300)
• 5 nights in a Waterview Queen Room at Heart Hotel, Airlie Beach (valued at $1,325)
• 2x Ocean Rafting Fly & Raft tours, comprising scenic flights over Heart Reef plus Whitehaven Beach day trips (valued at $1,106)
• Daily breakfasts at The Deck, Airlie Beach (valued at $320)
• 1x seafood platter for two at Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill (valued at $159)

Festival founder, Gavin Butlin says the lucky winner would experience five days of 'pinch-me-moments', combining live music with all the trimmings of a tropical escape – simply by subscribing to the festival's digital newsletter – entries close at midnight on 17 May.

Participation in the Ultimate Party in Paradise Package Giveaway Competition (“the Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter of this Promotion is the Airlie Beach Festival of Music.

Entry is only available to Australian residents aged 18+ years at the time of entry.


To enter, participants must subscribe via the provided link and complete all mandatory fields. Entries close at midnight May 17, 2026.

The winner will be selected at random at 9am Monday 20th May and contacted using the phone number supplied in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be randomly drawn. This process will continue until the prize is successfully claimed.

The Prize must be redeemed in conjunction with the Airlie Beach Festival of Music (6 – 8 November 2026). All bookings are subject to availability and must be coordinated with the Promoter and respective Prize Providers. The Promoter and Prize Providers are not responsible for the unavailability of preferred dates or any changes imposed by service providers.

All components of the Prize must be accepted as a whole. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If the Winner is unable to use any portion of the Prize, no compensation will be provided.

Travel to and from Airlie Beach is not included and is the responsibility of the Winner.

All Prize elements are subject to availability, weather conditions and operational requirements of the individual Prize Providers. The Promoter and Prize Providers are not liable for cancellations, delays or any event that prevents the Prize from being fulfilled as planned.

The Promoter does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
