TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Promotion commences 00:01 AEST Saturday, 1st August, 2026, and closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday, 6th September, 2026.

It is a Condition of Entry that Winners will be willing to participate in an in-store prize presentation, one feature story for a local publication, and agree to the promotion of their photo on social media and online.

To enter, individuals must:

• Purchase any greeting card from a participating nextra Group Outlet;
• Complete the competition Entry Form supplied by nextra Group Staff;
• Enter at participating stores and;
• Be willing to participate in promotional activity as stated in Clause 3.

Limit one (1) Entry Form per Greeting Card purchase at any participating nextra Group Outlet.

All entries must be on official entry forms.

This is a game of chance, the draw of which will take place at The nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006 at 10:00am Wednesday, 30th September 2026.
The winner/s will be notified by telephone and mail using the contact details provided in their entry, and will be published on the company Website on Wednesday, 7th October, 2026, any prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am Wednesday, 30th December, 2026, at The nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006, and the winner/s will be announced and published on the company Website on Friday, 6th January, 2027.

10. There are three (3) major prize packs to be won each consisting of the following items –
• 1 x Luminox Carbonox Gear Bear Grylls Edition with a Quartz Movement and Sapphire Crystal, Men's Sport Watch valued at $999 each. Prize RRP Value Per State/Territory Entry Pool (per Clause 11) $999 including GST. Total National Prize RRP Value $2997.00 including GST.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from each of the following State/Territory entry pools:

1. New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory
2. Queensland & Northern Territory
3. Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia & Western Australia

12. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
13. If any portion of the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or that element of the Prize, for a Prize of similar theme and of equal value, subject to State regulation and subsequent approval.
14. Persons under 18 are eligible to enter however parental/guardian consent is required to be eligible to
enter the lottery and accept the prize. An alternative prize will not be offered should for any reason,
the parent/guardian deny acceptance of the prize. The unaccepted prize will be categorized as
unclaimed and follow the procedure set out in Clause 9 of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related corporate
bodies and each of their officers, agents, employees and the immediate family of any of them are
ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former
de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, or a child, parent, grandparent,
grandchild or sibling of a spouse or de facto partner, whether or not they live in the same household.
It includes step-relations (e.g. step-parents and step-children) as well as adoptive relations.
16. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by
reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised
intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter
may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any
affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
17. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
