1. Promoter This competition is conducted by Hugo's Ice Creamery ("the Promoter").
2. Competition Period The competition opens at 12:00 am (AEST) on Saturday, 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 26 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents where permitted by law. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter.
4. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, complete the official Hugo's International Dog Day Competition entry form before the competition closes. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries using different email addresses or other contact details, may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Doggie Hamper, valued at approximately $180, including: 18 tubs of Hugo's Doggie Ice Cream (6 of each available flavour) One (1) LickiMat One (1) VIP (Very Important Pup) tag Delivery of the prize within Australia is included where reasonably practical. Where frozen delivery is not reasonably practical due to the winner's location or the nature of the prize, Hugo's Ice Creamery reserves the right to substitute part or all of the frozen component of the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at 10:00 am (AEST) on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The draw may be streamed live via Hugo's Ice Creamery's social media channels.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted using the email address provided in their competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Hugo's Ice Creamery reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Privacy Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used to administer the competition, verify entries and contact the winner. Entrants who choose to opt in to Hugo's VIP SMS or Hugo's Insider Emails agree to receive occasional marketing communications from Hugo's Ice Creamery. Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
